It was an absolute perfect experience. Jesse at the Huntington Beach locationwas very knowledgeable and having a sleep number bed himself he shared his recommendations. After he gave us his tour of the different beds and what they have to offer he stepped away knowing this is a huge purchase and gave us our space to talk about it. We never felt pressured or rushed. The experience itself made our decision to get the P6 and look forward to endless nights of sleep and rest.

I ordered a P6 + base + frame on 4/7, order #95017748848 ($3,500), scheduled to be delivered 4/27 between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm.The delivery did not happen! At 11:53 (way before the delivery window) the delivery crew left a message (I was away from my phone at the time) that they will be there "in 25 minutes". At 12:18 (also before the start of the delivery window), they (supposedly) "waited 15 minutes then left".They never even bothered to knock at the door, I was on the landing, waiting from them the whole time!And now my order delivery has been rescheduled for MAY 2nd! 5 DAYS FROM TODAY!!! And no bed to sleep on in the meantime!This is beyond outrageous, Sleep Number is making customers suffer from the laziness of their delivery employees! Nice work ethics!UPDATE 05/01/2024:Kyle, store manager managed to move up the delivery to Tue 04/30, instead of Thu 05/02. Very nice effort and the delivery went without a hitch this time. So, I upped the rating to 3 stars, not more, because there was a real failure in quality of service.IMPORTANT: this bad experience with service doesn't have any impact on my opinion of the product, which is absolutely fantastic and that I would highly recommend!

I had a very nice experience at sleep numbers. Jesse was a great salesman. He explained how the beds work to me. And was working to get me the best prices.Ben was also helpful to me. I can’t wait to receive my new bed! Base, and Headboard!

A friend highly recommended Sleep # so I bought one - a higher priced one on sale for 50% off. It was still pretty expensive & I was very sorry I bought it. I called to return it & they talked me into keeping it longer, but regardless of the setting, my back ached & I did not get restful or complete nights of sleep. They said it didn't get hot, but that wasn't true; I frequently woke up very hot & sweating. Also, the salesman told me delivery was free, but it wasn't AND I had to pay to return it. So, it cost me almost $500 for a bed that made my back hurt like crazy - I do not recommend this place!!!!!

Nick was so helpful and friendly and gave me such a great deal. Going into the store instead of shopping online you get a way better deal. Ask for Nick!! The bed is amazing!! I noticed the first night the cooling feature as I get very hot during the night. My partner and I can even have fun and compete to have better sleep on the app. I also love the automatic lighting when I get up. In love with this bed.

I had a great experience shopping for my new mattress at sleep number in HB. I worked with salesman Nick Long. he was very informative, answered all my questions and helped me determine the best mattress for my needs. I would recommend this store for future purchases or people looking for a new mattress. I even went back and bought bedding and true temp sheets and true temp mattress layer.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR ORDER ANYTHING! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS negative -1000! Negative Stars. Nick Long is the rudest person. He overtalks, hangs up twice and goes into a phone call ( 3 way) without the customer's consent. ( recorded phone line with my attorney involved) He hang up twice and refuse to address the true customer issue. Ben ( Sales person) is useless and do not want to help the customer, i was speaking to him and all of a sudden NICK LONG Speaks?. I only authorized Ben to speak to me, but here you go Nick Long is in the conversation, i was NOT notified that there was ANOTHER PEROSN ON THE CALL.Ordered the bed with Hannah 1 week ago, guaranteed delivery today 2-5 pm today 9/14/2023. Driver was called 5x , said he was 5 minutes away, then called again and said , the driver left and next delivery is 9/21. We already have donated our bed today. We have the floor to sleep on. I am a doctor , moved all my patients to accommodate the delivery, no answer. Called and emailed executive leadership at SLEEP NUMBER. On hold right now for 20 minutes at customer service per NICK LONG's ADVICE. Please do not communicate with Ben or Nick Long at this location unless you want to be treated like a scum. I purchased $12,000 dollars bed and this is the treatment i got. NEGATIVE STAR
