I ordered a, "Complete Detail", from this business. I received nothing more than a deluxe wash. The first attempt was a disaster. The car looked no different than when the guys started. I called the owner, and he came out for a second attempt. I thought I would get an owner's pride detail. No such luck. They left the door jambs, trunk jambs, and hood jambs untouched. They left sticker adhesive on my rear window, a lot of it, and the corners of each window were untouched. I asked about the engine area. They charged an additional eighty dollars for that. All they did was wipe down the valve cover shrouds with generic dressing.
This was three hundred eighty dollars wasted.

This was my first time to have my Lexus car detailed by Shyne. Communicating with Conor regarding my booking appointment and services included in the silver package was easy and detailed as well. Michael, the one who did the job came to my place on time. Their services were worth the fair price, truly satisfying, and I would highly recommend them to my family & friends!

Incredible job cleaning my GMC SIERRA TRUCK. I’m a mom of a toddler and we are always camping or going to the beach so our truck seriously needed some big time cleaning and they absolutely did an amazing job. It looks brand new. Will totally recommend to my family and friends and will totally use their services again.
The communication and scheduling was also super easy. Definitely recommend!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This company was so unprofessional and inappropriate with me. Their communication was horrible. Planned to do a service at 9:30 am and it was pushed back by them for personal reasons at the last minute (which was fine). But then was told we couldn’t do the service in a certain area that was previously spoken about. Had to cancel my appointment roughly 10 minutes prior to the service because I then called the owner and he proceeded to YELL at me on the phone and then condescendingly asked “are you having a bad morning?” I’ve never been treated that way by anyone who runs a business especially as the customer. Spent all morning clearing out my vehicle for this and planned my day around this just to have to cancel at the last minute over horrible customer service and the way I was spoken to. I will not be doing business here and no one else should either.

So stoked on the service my dirty car got today!! The interior needed some serious elbow grease and Connor and Steve handled it all. Showed up on time, were communicative (and not at all pushy) about additional services I could benefit from, and were just generally nice and professional guys. They even got out stains on my headliner that were there when I bought my used vehicle- I thought I would just have to live with that! My car is so beautifully clean now, inside and out, and I will absolutely recommend this service and use it again next time I need it. Thanks again guys!!

They came to my work and detailed my 1997 Honda Civic. They did a great job. These Connor and Steve are honest hardworking individuals. I would recommend them 100%Honesty now a days seems to be fading away which is why I appreciate these guys!

Today I had my 2020 Chevy Equinox detailed by SHYNE Mobile Auto Detailing and couldn't be happier with the results! Conner, the owner of the business, was very professional, he texted me often, when he was running late I always knew when to expect him. I had spilled a chai tea latte on my Acura Integra's white suide seats. Fortunately, Conner and his colleague were able to get the stains out of the seats and give the car a like new shine. I definitely would recommend them if you got any stains on white seats.Services: Steam cleaning
