The staff in the store were unwilling to help/provide service. no knowledge of the product they sell/stock. I was short on time to go to the running store saw they had my preferred shoe.. will not make that mistake again I was frustrated with lack of customer service the shoe i was looking for was about the same price at a running store. Save yourself the aggravation skip this location. I would no stars if that was available

Kathy is AWESOME!! Very friendly, attentive, and extremely customer oriented! The 2 times i visited this store she engaged me in conversation & asked if i needed any help, efficiently executing multi-tasking while re-stocking & attending clients. She's a great employee and i hope her management recognizes an awesome individual, definitely deserves a raise & recognition!

Broad selection of shoes to get in general. Mainly cash only place. Wish they sell better quality insoles. Pricing is alright for what I paid in return. Service was just what I expect.

Shameful service. They Don’t try and know how to sell and make money. Credit card machine down I am buying 100 bucks of shoes for my girl I am short 2.76 in cash. No discount no way to make the deal. I have to figure out the $2.76 for myself Silly wheel to spin at the end! bruuuuuhhhh…..

Yesterday evening time about 8:50pm I went to stop by for a purchase and I soon as I drove up to the parking the lot to park there was two female employee's waiting by the door and they decided to close the door in which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of them to do so. They where basically letting me know before even getting off my vehicle that they are closed. The store closes at 9pm NOT 8:50pm per store hours sign. If you want business for the store at least wait till it is 9pm to close the doors to people!!!

I'm so upset, today I decided to go shopping for my family for some shoes. And no one greeted me or my husband when we walked in. I was walking towards the shoes no one of the two associatives asked me if i needed help or have a question. I literally did it myself i checked every box for sizes and if i needed help still no one came up to me especially if there were boxes up high. I hate this store, bad customer service. So end up going to Five Points shopping center and bought lots of merchandize and shoes there. Vans Store has better customer service that Shoe City. Shoe City needs better people to work not some lazy people especially that chubby guy that just kept staring at me and not helping. They should close this store and make something worth it

I was looking for pair of New Balance shoes and was happy to find the carry several different NB shoes.I realize that it's difficult to keep every size in stock, given the variety they have, so while I was disappointed they did not have much in my size. i did find shoes that I liked.Service was pleasant and helpful.
