bought two Arrowhead water bottles and the attendant said $4 and my card was charged $40!!! turned the car around and went back to show him, he was taking his time on the computer printing out a bunch of receipts..finally told us he has never given a refund but will let us keep the waters and will give us the $40 back...told me the money will be back on my card by midnight or the next day..i look at the "refund" receipt he gave us and it said CASH refund and the money was never reversed on my card. Horrible gas station..drive right past this station and look for another one

I just moved to California and was looking for a reliable mechanic. I needed to get my brakes fixed. They were so bad at making all sorts of noise. I reached out to Alen, and he responded right away and allowed me to bring my car in right away so he could take a look at it. I brought my car in, and Alen fixed my car the same day. He mentioned a guarantee/warranty on his work, and he delivered on his word. I still heard a slight noise from my brakes. He insisted I bring it in right away so he could have another look. Just as he promised, he fixed it within several hours, and my car rides like new with no noise coming from the brakes. I will be back to get my car's routine service completed. Thanks again, Alen, for the great work and customer service!

Aside from his wonderful customer service, Alen took his time with my car's maintenance. I originally went in for an oil change, but he was kind enough to go above and beyond what was expected, and he also checked my tires' air as well as water, etc. Further, unlike my previous experience with other mechanic shops, he would not try to upsell more parts and/or services. I greatly appreciated the honesty and will definitely pass on the word! Thank you, Alen!

My mom had pumped air in her tires but when she got to work quickly realized there is something wrong with her tire. She found this place and said a man named Alen was so helpful! He identified the issue and fixed my tire so quickly! Super friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

i needed my brakes changed and was unsure where to take my crv. a co worker of mine lives in the area and mentioned coming here for an oil change and the owner / mechanic was very nice. sure enough, she was right. ALEN was amazing to get help from. i took my car in thinking i needed front and back breaks done but he informed me only the front was needed at the moment. he informed me of needing an oil change soon and communicated everything with me so well. didn't try up selling or take advantage being i know nothing about cars. i will only come back to this business for future car services because he was so helpful and did an amazing job on my car. ALSO, he texted me a couple weeks after working on it asking if my vehicle was running well!! he was awesome and look forward to coming back. thank you alen!

I regularly purchase gas from the shell station where Cranks is located. I noticed a sign above Cranks shop that says automatic transmission service for $89.99 so I went inside and asked about it. Explained that I have a base model 1968 f100 that needs automatic transmission fluid change. Mechanic comes out of the shop looking slightly triggered and says "No No No absolutely not I will not touch that kind of truck I can not do." I just looked at him like... really bro? Well alright then... He didn't even explain why he wouldn't touch it... Its funny how it's such a simple truck and he was scared of it. I'd change the transmission fluid myself in my driveway but I have a fractured elbow and shouldn't push it. Really is such a simple truck. Anyways hopefully Cranks takes this as a lesson learned. Always talk to people respectfully or they will write a negative Yelp review about you.
