While traveling in CA, I discovered this delightful consignment shop. I was impressed by the available selection of reasonably priced, curvy sized clothing and the personal, helpful service. If only luggage had the magical ability to create unlimited space.

I travel once a month to Orange County from Riverside and make it a point to stop in because this shop is the best I've seen in a long time. The prices are very reasonable and the items are well kept and beautiful. Lots of designer items. I'll keep coming because the owner Sue is personable, friendly, and always welcoming .

Every aspect of this shop is great. Let's start with Susan, the owner. Susan is friendly and fun to talk with and she has curated a nice mix of clothes and accessories. The clothes are stylish and the prices are affordable. The boutique is organized and easy to shop. There are changing rooms, too, which is great because I'm super picky about how things fit. I've consigned several things with her and she has a really great system that's actually quite fun to use. I feel really good about shopping and reselling my clothes and shoes here, because my stuff is getting a second chance, I'm (maybe) getting a little pocket money and I'm supporting a small business in my town owned by a lovely lady who is living her dream. I highly recommend you check out Serendipity.

This place is awesome!!! I went for my first time today and had a great experience! I consigned several things and picked up several new purchases! I love the variety the store has to offer- different styles, sizes, and variety! Susan, the owner, is exceptional! Very friendly and easy to work with! Likely my new favorite Women’s store! They carry new and gently used items! Traditional items and some funky style unusual things! Small sizes to plus sizes- there is something here for everyone! Tory Burch, Free People, Billabong, RVCA, etc. all at great prices! I can’t wait to return and find new treasures!

I am moving and cleaned my closet. I had a big box of shoes and purses I've maybe only used 1-3 times. I tried taking it to a super snotty place in Costa Mesa who turned me away. I was told by another consignment store that had to much stuff to take mine to try this place. Susan welcomed me with such a great friendly attitude. She took everything I brought in. I had really cute stuff and knew it deserved a good home. Susan didn't talk down to me like the snotty bitches at Twice the style. Susan has really cute stuff. I am a huge supporter of businesses with great customer service and friendly attitudes. She also has the sweetest rescue dog. If you're looking to sell your stuff or if you want to shop. I highly recommend supporting this amazing shop. I would give it more than 5 if I could

Really impressed with this store. The owner and her assistant were very friendly and helpful. I brought in some name brand purses to consign and the process was extremely easy. The store has a nice variety of items and is well organized. I highly recommend this place.
