Our AC went out with temps at 95 degrees outside. We called at 8AM and by 3Pm we had a brand new AC installed! I would recommend them 100%. I will be recommending this company to anyone needing service or install.

I had Sears out for a preventative maintenance inspection and they were not able to provide me with a detail of the inspection and work performed. I spent over an hour and a half on multiple calls before giving up and disputing the charge.

Terrible service. Marginal service and knowledge when we purchased our appliance but persisted. Now not sure why we did not leave and go somewhere else. Today we had problems with delivery and installation (never buy an appliance anywhere where they contract out that service to Kepco). Called the Sears store on Adams where we purchased the appliance and their attitude was "Sorry. We sold it and have our money so you are now at the mercy of the company (Kepco) that we contract with." Absolutely refused to help. Still do not have our appliance because Sears did not deliver to warehouse on time and Kepco did not inform us of that. Lead us to believe it was coming today. Did finally find a phone number and got someone at Sears corporate level who gave us some help. Will not be buying anything from Sears or doing business with Kepco ever again.

My refrigerator of 13 years died last Tuesday because of the extreme heat that we had. I spent the next day looking for a replacement with the refrigerator on top and the freezer on the bottom in white. Most units now come in stainless steel. I went with Sears because Danny Toyoda was able to answer all my questions and his professionalism and friendliness was excellent. I even added on the 3 year service agreement that Danny recommended because if I have any problems, Sears will pay for the food items that I had lost. I am scheduled for tomorrow's delivery and hope that it will be a smooth transition.

I gave this review an A-OK not because of the sales person but because of the lame service support. My sales rep, Danny Toyoda, is awesome. I can't say enough about this man. He went above and beyond to make the purchase happen and to make me as happy as possible. Its just too bad that he has zero support when it comes to deliveries. On the hottest day of the year, the refrigerator at our elderly care home went kapoot! Danny helped me quickly pick out a beautiful replacement and per the computer system, it could be delivered on Monday (YAY). The delivery guy showed up as promised, took one look at the water line and said "its too old and it needs to be replaced". He said he'd have to schedule the install for a different day, brought the new refrigerator into the garage and left. When I call Danny to tell him what happen, he got on the phone and scheduled a new install for that same day or at the very latest, the following day. The day passed and so did most of the following day...No call and no service man!! This is where Danny went above and beyond....he pulled off a miracle and got the job done. He is truly amazing and in my personal opinion, too good for SEARS! Danny brought good old fashion customer service into 2018. SEARS, you better work on your service plan or you're going to be a thing of the past.

I called and wanted to know some information on a purchase I made last night since it was my first time and "Dave" gave me the worst attitude from the start and I'm bummed out I didn't get the information I wanted.

Our Customer Protection Plan gave me no protection at all. We scheduled a repair visit for our dryer, but after waiting 5 hours, no technician ever arrived! When I called Sears back, they told me I'd have to wait 2 weeks for the next available appointment. After explaining why that was unfair, I spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get help, getting transferred from one department to another, getting disconnected, and starting over at the beginning. Nobody I talked to had the power to do anything to solve my problem. We will not renew our Protection Plan and it's highly unlikely we'll ever do business with Sears again.
