Loved the finds but the fitting rooms are closed because someone urinated in them and they said they will no longer have them open…ever! I tried on my pants in an isle with a long shirt over me so no one could see but how embarrassing to have to do this!
Clean them out and open at least one!

This is the last time I come here! I have been here many times before and I always get a nice woman at the register. Today it was a male at the register i believe his name is Javier and he overcharged me!! The yellow tags were 50% off so I got a few items and some shirts I got had yellow tags. Usually with my previous orders it shows on my receipt 50% off, But this time it did not so i found that odd. After looking at the receipt in my car i realized I was being overcharged and so i went back in the store and a male asked me if i needed any help. I told him yes these shirts had a yellow tag and 50% was not taken off. (Which the sign said the shirts were $4.99) he so very rudely started taking ALL the clothes out of the bag and said no this shirt is $7.99, this one is $7.99 etc… (which the sign clearly said the shirts were $4.99 so why was he overcharging? Again ive been here before and ive never gotten charged $7.99 for a shirt) after taking everything out of the bag he said no you were being undercharged! If you want I can redo your order but it’s going to be way more than what you paid!. Then he walked away left everything thrown out of the bag on the counter and walked away. I still cannot believe how rude he was. His tone of voice his attitude everything was so unprofessional. I have never received this kind of customer service. He was very disrespectful and rude. Someone needs to look into this because that is not ok. I looked at the reviews right now and clearly its been going on and no action has been taken. I am so dissatisfied with my experience and my order.
When walking put I asked for his name he said “Daniel, and I am the store manager!” It’s unbelievable they would have someone like that as manager. I will provide pictures of my receipt.

Younger bald guy is super rude. I live close so I’ve been coming here for a while. I was asking to use the fitting rooms 40 minutes before they close. He said they were closed because he had to start closing up to store. Told me to come back the next day. He was also announcing that the registers close at 5:30 when the store closed at 6. Clearing trying to force people out so they could do their closing duties and clock out at 6pm. Guess I’ll come back the next day even though I was here 45 minutes before they closed. So lame.

Small, clean and organized. Staff were not rude did not engage! Responsive when asked a question. Purchased a large Dizzy Gillespie picture. Will return when in the area..

Small store, neated stocked, staff weren't very friendly but not rude. Simply did not engage unless spoken to.

Extremely poor customer service. I went to drop off donations, for which they should be somewhat thankful since their company is based off of donations, and the dude was completely rude. Not just rude but almost confrontational. The Salvation Army should be embarrassed to have an employee like that representing them. My advice is to find somewhere else to take your donations.

Do not come to donate anything here unless it's clothes or something small and even then I have been rejected giving them donations. I brought a desk, a mid century dresser in good shape and a crib that turns into a twin bed when ready, still new. They said they didn't want it. This is the 3rd time Iv'e tried donating to the salvation army for them to tell me they don't want it. Goodwill it is then. They never reject anything.

The people who work there are not very nice and customer service is not something they have pride in. They sold me a broken heater that didn't work. They also wouldnt accept it as a return or at lease give me store credit or a % off my next purchase instead it was a stand off ish angry gay man giving me attitude as if I seen the sign that says they won't accept returns. So I calmly said fair enough and took it back to my car. So I returned to the store the person with the attitude kept watching me as if i was going to do something. Idk why but I continued to shop. I found a few things a jacket, a collered shirt, and a mosquito trap. upon arriving at check out when asked if he would check the trap to insure it operated correctly he refused to check the product I wanted to buy." They will sell me the product but can't guarantee it would work." As if i didnt already know that fact. He then switchs the prices on my jacket claiming it's a long sleeve. the sign says jackets 5.99 but the male worker wanted to charge me 7.99 cause it's a long sleeve. switched prices was strike three i told him i was sorry but I didn't want to buy anything. After which he was staring me down as I walked out and continued to watch me get in my car which made me uncomfortable as if I did something wrong as if I was going to cause a problem or commit a hate crime to justify his attitude and poor customer service and stand off ish attitude.

I went to donate some items and pulled up from the street to the outside drop off. I entered where the arrow on the ground was painted but apparently that was the wrong way even though the arrow was in the correct direction I was entering. The cheesy short guy started yelling at me. He was trying to guide me into another entrance where I was going to end up in the same spot I was already in. (Dumb). The lot is not clearly marked

There's this "manager" he is short and has a buzzed head with a nose piercing who was just flat out rude to me. I had accidentally broke a frame that I had planned of purchasing and when it broke I stood by the glass and tried to collect the pieces with my feet and I stood by it trying to find someone who worked there, he comes out of no where with a broom and pan, doesn't smile doesn't say a word other than "you owe us" and reads the price of the frame and walks away. I just found it to be cold and rude, I stood by it to make sure no one got hurt and when I went to pay and he was at the register. I shared with him how I didn't like how he made me feel and he said "ok" and I said I'd prefer the other girl that was the register to help me and he said "I'm the manager" like okk???? I paid for the young lady helped me and she was awesome. He is who I have an issue with and is why I'm writing this review. This Salvation Army is right by my job I'd come here all the time but today was my last time thanks to his weird self. Learn some customer service dude! "Have a good day"

The girls inside all have a bad attitude, especially the one with braids and other one with the undercut. The manager wasn’t much nicer either. They aren’t representing the values and morals behind the Salvation Army well at all with the way they speak to their customers.
