They're responsive people but not an honest company they're paramount apartments are ROACH infested. We had to break our lease before the year because we couldn't even live in our apartment because roaches were coming into our bedroom. After moving we had to throw away most of our furniture because even after moving there were roaches and roach residue over everything. And what sucked even more was that even after everything we had to go through because of them we didn't even receive a fair amount of our security deposit back, we got charged for amounts that were not meant for us to pay. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone; they gave us the worst rental experience.

I recently leased a property through Sail Properties and I have been very impressed by their responsiveness. Every time I call a real person answers the phone and is able to answer my questions. They're very nice and the process of checking out the apartment and signing the lease was easy. It's great that they are local and available to assist when needed

Can I give negative stars? They treat tenants as though we are lucky to have rented from them. They are rude and not responsive when issues are brought to them. They gave my 89 year old mother issues when she wanted to rent a house for 3 months, willing to pay higher rent for a short lease. She had over a million dollars in the bank and wanted her to show a regular monthly income! When we finally got them to accept her resources to qualify for move in, they treated her terribly. There were major electrical issues at the house, I was literally shocked and blown off my feet by an ungrounded dryer - and it took them nearly 40 days after that for them to fix the problems. They told her more then once that if she didn’t like it she could move out and break the lease, but she’d better pay the 3 months of rent in full if she chose to move out sooner. They are awful. Landlords, don’t use them, they will damage your properties reputation among renters, and could get you sued by a tenant that’s had enough of them lagging to fix problems. If we had been there longer, litigation was certainly in our future. Tenants - don’t rent from them. The Irvine Company is easy to deal with compared to them. (If you’ve rented from Irvine Co., you get the reference). It’s coming up on the deadline for them to return her enormous security deposit. I bet they give her less then half back - probably less now with this review. I’ll update when she gets it.

Hanna was very professional. was on time. I was very comfortable asking questions. She knows the area very well. I would definitely request Hanna if you are new to the area she will be more than happy to help you with any concerns you might have.

I highly recommend Jacob as a Realtor. He is very knowledgeable and willing to work with all parties involved in the home buying process. Very personable and willing to explain details to new home buyers as well. He is very thorough with all paperwork and terms/conditions. As a new home buyer he made the process simple and we were able to close with plenty of time and minimal stress. He gave us great advice and to this day is still answering every call I have in regards to the home. 10/10 would recommend to friends and anyone looking to purchase a home in the area. The negative reviews for this page are astonishing as every time I have interacted with the staff at Sail Properties it has been pleasant, professional, and informative.Thank you to Jacob and Sail Properties for making home buying a reality. Moving out was the smoothest I’ve done. Hannah communicated to me what was normal wear and tear and my personal damages. I was not surprised with any additional chargers and everything we agreed to made sense. Thank you Sail Properties team for everything you’ve done during my stay and thank you Elsy for making monthly rent payments so easy.

I called Sail Properties to rent one of their places but it was unavailable. Hannah offered to still help me find a place and we talked about everything I needed. She was available every time I called and made everything easy for me. We worked very well as a team and I will be in contact with her in the future.

I’ve been renting a take home for the past two years. Richard has gone above and beyond to make sure all my maintain request are addressed in a timely manner. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a home for rent or purchase.

We’ve been renters at a Sail property for two years now and it’s been great. Any issues with our place have been resolved quickly and unlike other larger management companies you can always get a real human on the phone or via email to chat anything through. Hannah is our usual point person and does our yearly inspections and is super professional and helpful!!!
