I can't say enough about Ron Catt and his entire staff. We chose this shop because of their excellent yelp reviews and they did not disappoint! Everyone was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help my son and I!
It was great to find a shop with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10 for sure! I live out of state and Ron bent over backwards to help us with our repairs after our car was towed to their shop. I really can't say enough!
Best auto shop I have ever been to. Thank you Ron and team!

I recently had an issue with my vehicle losing power and not accelerating. Once the vehicle was towed to Ron's shop, he personally became vested in not only finding out what the issue was, but the best possible solution as well. I felt comfortable with Ron and his technicians addressing this major issue as they have provided amazing service on my routine maintenance and service requirements. Ultimately, the vehicle had a recall issue that had to be repaired by the automotive company. Ron's tireless devotion to his customer's needs extends beyond the repairs to finding the best outcome to keep drivers operating safe vehicles.

We use to use Ron Catt religiously when my shop was around the corner, I recently got in a bind with tire pressure issues. I called them up because I was in the area years later and they welcomed me with open arms and took care of me immediately. Nothing less than exceptional service and communication. Amazing service! Appreciate the constant communication from Ron and his team on the status and updates they did on my vehicle. My car has always been a tricky one to fix and would leave it at places for weeks at a time without hearing anything so it's good to know I finally found a mechanic that it would be in good hands with and don't have to stress about it.

First off, these guys are AMAZING!!! These are the type of guys you want to work on your vehicle.Their customer service is fantastic. These guys answered all my questions and even gave me a breakdown of what happened to my car. They conducted their repairs in accordance with the technical manual and even showed me documents of the results.But the one thing that impressed me the most was the fact that they, listened to me. This reason alone made me decided that these guy are going to be my mechanics from now on. They listened to what I had to say rather than trying to upsell me, unlike Elmore Toyota. They went above and beyond during their repairs and inspection. They even called me about problems that could arise and asked me if they wanted them to repair it.From everything they've said, they did not once try to sell me on any product. They gave me an honest breakdown of my car and what maintenance needs to be done, or what they recommend. They prioritized my priorities first. They made me feel welcomed. For that, I can't recommend these guys enough.If you are looking for an auto care shop that cares about you and your vehicle, these are the guys for you.

I love coming here. I have brought my car (Nissan 370z) to Ron Catt when I moved to Huntington Beach four years ago and would not even consider bringing it anywhere else. They have fixed things from tire replacements to transmission fluid and breaks. They are always able to fit me in when I am having an issue or worry and able to work with me when I'm on a tight budget. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming and I know my car is getting the best care it deserves. Will continue coming here for years to come. Thanks Ron and the team you have here. It's always a pleasure!
