Locals should patronize this convenient pharmacy!
Rite Aid has always been very competitive with its prices on self-care products and this location has helpful employees, easy access parking, and convenient hours of operation. While the two Rite Aid locations in Fountain Valley have closed, and the Costa Mesa location on Harbor Blvd. has also closed, thankfully the Huntington Harbour location remains open, and it deserves the support of those who live and work in the area.

If you are not using the pharmacy and the Rite Aid store on Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach, CA, then you must change! I have shopped Rite Aid and their pharmacies for several years now and have always liked them. However, this particular one is hands down the best I have EVER used. I know the pharmacists more than the store employees just because I have used them more. They seem as though I have been a client coming there for years. They are all knowledgeable, kind, considerate and to the point. I have NEVER had to wait to have a prescription filled. I left an Urgent Care facility a couple of days ago. They had called in a prescription to this pharmacy and it was ready by the time we got there in less than 10 minutes. My son was so impressed he is switching his pharmacy immediately! Thank you Rite Aid!

Without exception, the staff has been friendly and helpful to me. Sometimes it's a challenge to find someone working on the flooring (staffing?) but the place is always immaculate and well stocked. Oh, and the ice cream! It's conveniently located on the corner of Warner and Bolsa Chica, so you can buzz straight down Warner to the beach .

Worst customer service ever! I went in to return items I bought online and the cashier was really nice but unable to do it so he called for a manager. I waited for 3 to 4 minutes and and then watched the manager leisurely stroll up to the front of the store pushing a cart all the way from the back, like she was in a park on a Sunday afternoon. She got to the cash register and didn't say anything to me and tried to process the return but was unable to as well even though I had the online receipt. She told me she could only give me store credit and asked for my driver's license, even though I had the receipt right in front of me! When I refuse to store credit because I had my receipt, she had to call another manager who came up and processed the transaction and refunded the money to my American Express. Although he was finally able to process the refund, he had zero personality and customer service skills as well. I explained to him that I would have taken the store credit if the first manager had any customer service skills at all and is only reply was "oh ok sorry"... CVS is way better, I definitely will not be back to this Rite aid.
