I have been a regular customer of Restaurant Depot for many years. I go to Jetro in Long Beach I go to restaurant Depot in Torrance I go to Restaurant Home Depot in Tustin and have been coming to this restaurant depot for a very long time of all the days Today being the busiest day for restaurant Depot with no place to park in the parking lot. All the registers occupied , the manager Christine decide to check every card at the door with 6-8 customers waiting for her to check receipts .
the practice I believe at other restaurant Depot and Jetro is when the cashier finishes Counting all the items at that time the supervisor or the manager checks all the items and then the customers pays for it now the transaction is done They’re on their way to out of the door .
over here today. I had to wait at long time to get out because Christine was occupied and distracted And customers were waiting to get out of the door. Please go back to having supervisors check off the transaction at the cashier window rather than at the door that creates a bottleneck that creates hassle. I had two carts full of product. She’s counting every product at the gate at the door is very very counter productive at the time. Hope my two cents matters. I will still be coming to this restaurant depot.. thank you for listening .

I have no choice but to come here, however every time I do, you can feel the racism the workers give. They always discriminate towards my Hispanic boyfriend when we go. Every other customer they let walk out without checking the receipt, but only my bf gets checked. I stg if this happens again I'll be ultimate Karen and do a corporate call so the workers have to get mandatory training on how to treat people.

This areas restaurant depot only asks for a stroke. The hospital has made this area unsafe for my neck for seven months straight due to a restaurant supplier.

Products are great. Customer service is shit. Nobody helped me when I walked in to get my online order, they were all standing around in a circle. Finally after 10 minutes, I found my order and asked one dude if I could take it. He said who's been helping you, when clearly he saw me standing and waiting. I said nobody and then finally some woman rang me up not saying a word. They really are rude here.

Corey, it the man. I am seeing him interact with the guest while I'm shopping asking all of us if he can help. Wonderful service! Give this man a raise. I live in Long Beach but will defiantly keep coming down to this location. Great service and hardworking, you don't see that very often now in days! Can't forget about Chris too!
