Dropped in on a whim and walked out with a beautiful sand colored, Lito, Zero Gravity Recliner. Jon was as professional and knowledgeable about his product line as they come..It was a great buy and I plan to get years of back love from my chair. Give Jon a call and take the plunge….

It's my firsts time visited this place and I really enjoyed meeting Donna. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a nice pillow. I will definitely come back to check out their beds.

I bought the MID BACK EXECUTIVE OFFICE CHAIR a year ago. Leather is uncomfortable in my climate, so I got about every other upgrade possible...even the adjustable headrest. I paid almost $4K, so I expected a quality, hi-end office chair AND customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. The chair arrived broken from the manufacturer (Lifeform), but I didn't know it was defective immediately. I tried every adjustment possible to get comfortable and it wasn't until the chair started making a loud popping noise that I got down on my hands and knees to inspect the chair in detail. The seat is not level and leans-down on the left side, causing me to sit crooked (no wonder I had pain and couldn't get comfortable).Even though it was just past the 30-day return policy, I contacted the RTB store I purchased from (Huntington Beach). They claimed they would remedy the situation and reach out to Lifeform. I didn't hear anything for about a week and a half, so I reached out to RTB again. They claimed they hadn't heard back from Lifeform and would try again. A day later I received contact from Lifeform with the filed-claim made the day prior...meaning that RTB either lied and never actually got in contact with Lifeform the first time or didn't care enough to actually reach them the first time.To make a very long story shorter, I've gone back and forth with RTB and Lifeform. I've provided detailed descriptions and pictures with measurements, but both RTB and Lifeform will not solve the issue. RTB has "washed their hands of it". Even though I am a technician by trade, I asked Lifeform to send out a technician to diagnose the issue, which Lifeform says that they will not (I own a HumanTouch massage chair, which had a fairly-minor issue, and Human Touch promptly flew a technician from Oahu to fix it.). I've kept trying to reach out to Lifeform but they are not responding. I am stuck with a VERY expensive chair that is unusable from companies who don't actually stand-behind their products.FYI: I found out, after the sale, that IF the manufacturer was actually going to fix my chair, that I would have to pay for labor and shipping...even though my chair was originally shipped from the manufacturer defective.Please do NOT make the same mistake I did by purchasing from RTB or Lifeform. I should have went with a better chair, warranty, and customer service...like directly from Steelcase, Herman Miller, or the HumanTouch Perfect Chair with laptop desk."...best-in-class wellness solutions to achieve a life well lived. livewellness® is our mantra to relieve pain, improve health and foster well-being by transforming routine, space and life for our customers." , says RTB...unless I actually use their defective chair.

I feel like this review might come off like I stand to benefit from it somehow, because it’s so positive, but really I just had such a great experience that I feel like our salesperson, Donna, needed to be recognized in some way.After a day of furniture shopping at stores where the salespeople are like high-pressure car salesmen, shopping with Donna at Relax the Back was actually really fun and relaxing. My husband even fell asleep during a demo of one of their fancier chairs ?We stopped by because we’d never been in an RTB store before and we’re looking for a new reading/relaxing chair and a new desk chair. We figured the store was like a Lazy Boy and would have tons of chair options. It was nothing like a typical chair store and didn’t seem like anything special until I sat in a chair and let Donna customize it to my back. It feels ridiculous to say I was awestruck by a chair… but I didn’t know chairs could feel this way! The support customized to my back was really eye opening about how poorly I’ve been sitting at my desk for years. Donna was really knowledgeable and patient. She didn’t rush or pressure us like all the other salespeople we’d encountered that day. Considering these chairs are a fairly hefty investment, it was nice to be given information to sleep on so I can make an informed decision instead of a hasty one.Anyways, thanks Donna! It was wonderful to meet you and we appreciate your time!
