I highly recommend this store and their products!! I purchased a Human Touch recliner from Jonathan specifically for knee replacement surgery recovery and it is amazing!!! All of my doctors say that sitting in zero gravity as much as possible is making a huge difference in my recovery!!! This chair is so comfortable and so easy to keep my leg elevated while I watch tv or work on my computer it is great! This store and this chair are the best!!!! Thank you for the quick and no pressure service!!!

I came here to buy my first proper office chair after years of dealing with the cheapest chair I could find on Amazon. Jonathan was immediately so welcoming and helpful. I had so many questions because it was my first time buying a nice chair, and he answered all my questions patiently and gave me all the information I needed to feel confident with my purchase.
I've been using my new chair for a week now and it's been such an improvement! I don't have to fidget around to find a comfortable position, so I have more focus on what I'm working on. It's great knowing that this chair will last me a long time, and it will also keep my posture supported so my back lasts me a long time too.
I definitely recommend coming here!

We have purchased all of our mattresses and recliners and other pieces from Relax The Back… we love the merchandise and the great service they always provide! I purchased a zero gravity recliner for my mom and recently she had a knee replacement and while she was in the chair in zero gravity position she dropped the remote on the tile floor and broke it so she was stuck in that position… I called the store in Huntington Beach and spoke with Donna who walked me through how I could take the batteries out of the back and get the seat to go back into sitting position which was an absolute lifesaver because I don’t know how else I would have gotten my mom out without injuring her recently operated like… The next day was Fourth of July so Donna scheduled for people to come look at the chair couple of days later and they did an assessed that it was the remote and at this point I started dealing with John and explain to him that my mom had just had surgery and absolutely needed to be in that chair he told me to give him some time and he called me back within 30 minutes and said that he ordered a new remote for me an expedited the order and also got in touch with the owner of the store and they were able to locate a chair almost identical to the one my mother has that they were able to rent it to me for a very very low price! They delivered it the same day and within less than a week the remote arrived and they sent their guys out again and replaced it and checked the whole chair out to make sure there was no other issues! I cannot Say enough nice things about John and Donna as they both went above and beyond and truly treated my emergency as their emergency! And I want to express that the remote would have never broken if my mother would have not accidentally dropped it on the tile floor! I wholeheartedly recommend relax the back and the staff especially John and Donna!
