I went to this place for the first time on 07/11/2024, Miss Megan Hernandez called me in on time and welcome me with a smile, I told her that I had problems with blood test, because my Blood vessels are too thin, I drinker lots of warm waters and took hot water shower prior to the blood test every time prior to the blood test but always had problems , she listened patiently and finished her work very professionally.

I went here about 5 to 6 weeks ago the women was very rude no one was there and asked if I had a appointment. I said no it hasn't been a problem before she said now it's appointment only as it is clearly marked on the door walk in welcome . She said well I have to let the appointments come first you'll have to wait I said I would I wasn't going to waste a 12hr. Fast. She then took me as one of the appointments waited. She definitely Hates her job.. I gave the 2 just because a one would mean fire her I believe she will eventually fire her self

The technician that did my blood draw was the best ever. In the past it has been a very difficult process requiring multiple techs to try and accomplish the draw and multiple draw sites on both arms. Yesterday it was one draw, simple and painless. Kudos to her skill and professionalism.
