I was there to take a piss test for a potential employer. Since there was nobody at the front desk, I checked my self in and proceeded to wait. After a few minutes someone comes out and says "we can't accommodate walk-ins today. We're short staffed and appointments are all full." There was 3 other people in the lobby. How many people do you need to meet gaze while we piss in a cup? When I was in the marines they used to crank out 100 in an afternoon.

Both my daughter and father in law had appts and my daughter wasn't seen because according to the girl that was there insurance wasn’t active and refused service. Which they could have just drawn her blood and sent a bill which I could have sent to the insurance and had the insurance take care of it. But I called the insurance and it was active. Was not happy at all.

I was greeted and taken right on time. I've coming here for years. It is convenient and clean and I've never had an easier experience in having my blood drawn than the staff at this location.

Clean friendly environment, however real empty, but better than being overbooked.
I highly request that they add large additional signs. Its confusing. The address is on Main St, the entrance is on Delaware. Delaware and main st share the same address in the same area.

Maria, the phlebotomist, was efficient, personable and very good at drawing the blood from my arm, especially considering how many different tubes she had to swap out and fill to cover all the many different tests that had been ordered by my internist. She was careful to doublecheck my identification on the tubes, to ensure accuracy, which I appreciated.

Second time I have had an issue with the girl drawing my blood. Not friendly, not nice and it hurt. Perhaps she is new and learning. She could use some training in technique and customer service.

I made an appt here because they open at 5:00am. Service was prompt. The phlebotomist was accurate and friendly. I have been here as a walk-in for my daughter who is terrified of needles and she has Tourette's Syndrome so she has involuntary tics. We waited about 25 mins as a walk-in. The phlebotomist was very patient with my daughter.

Currently 55 minutes into my visit at Quest. My appointment was 40 minutes ago and no one has come in or out of the back rooms for 35 minutes.I am beginning to believe everyone working here went home.Do. Not. Come. Here.

Extremely slow ! Had an appointment then it said that I didn't when I checked in but I have the confirmation on my phone . This is a system where there is no one in front to show your appointment to or even talked to . So I signed in as a walk in already have waited an hour and there was only three people ahead of me and now after the long wait of an hour people are tricking in . I'll never come here to this place again ! Oh and yes I'm still waiting
