I have never written a review about anything before, but I had to this time. We have been going here with both of our cars for a while but this is the last time. The prices keep going up and the service keeps going down. My wife brought her car in for an oil change. An hour later they called trying to upsell her on just about everything. She did agreed to wiper blades and a coolant cap. That's it. Our bill was over $600 for an oil change, wiper blades and a coolant cap. When she asked why so much and to please explain and break down the bill they couldn't even do that for her. Just said it is what it is and things are just more expensive these days. Disappointing to say the least. Tom B.

Made an appointment for service, they showed up 90 late and then said they weren’t doing any service that day. First and last time going there for service, Richard can’t remember anything you discussed with him 2 min ago, charged excessive amount of time for what was done and then after running credit card told me there was a 4% fee for using a credit card. Never going back.

2/23I took my 4s to get an oil change. The car has no leaks or anything. Now my car has a leak and after their inspection I was told my back brakes were 10%. I have driven the car 6 times this year and sold it. Upon inspection of the new owner the rear brakes are at 80%.I do know that when the older man was running things shadiness did not occur.But now I will never take any of my Porsches to this location.Newport Beach is the better mechanic location.Old review from 7 years ago 5starsJust saved me almost two grand ... for pads and rotors ... good place for a all races to bring your cars too .. always nice and willing to go the extra mile for customers.. does honor appointmentsAnd just a chill environment .. will be back for s my Porsche 991 needs

I had been shopping for a 911 for a year and asking Dick about the cars available at Pristine and ones I found online. He eventually got a 991.2 GTS in stock that was more $$$ than my original budget. We talked for a couple weeks and I learned the value of my first Porsche. Brett F. is right. Dick is a man of integrity and a handshake is a promise to do it right. Gloria is an angel the put up with even more of my questions and handled the sale perfectly. When I buy from them, or get a PPI on another, Pristine has my trust.

Great Porsche shop. Didn't buy a car from him... yet... but had a great time looking at the vehicles for sale as well as having the owner Robert show me the cars he was working on as well. Very knowledgeable and established and passionate about the cars. Everything you want in a service shop. I appreciated his time to show me around.

My family and I have been taking our Porsches here for many years. Richard and Gloria genuinely care about their craft, are honest and super transparent, and do great work you can really count on. You can't trust a luxury or vintage car to just anyone/ these guys are the best in the biz and the honesty and forthright nature goes a long way... plus they really make you know they care while they go the extra mile... highly recommend pristine!!

Dick has always treated me well, and I trust him completely. Does the work and will stand behind it. Gloria is special and is always a pleasure to work with. He takes care of my 911 and my 540. His work is top notch, professional and reasonably priced.

I just bought a Porsche 911 from Dick. From the moment I shook his hand, I knew he could be trusted. This is key when buying a used car. In fact, I told my Son after we left and before we actually purchased the car that Dick is the kind of guy that you can shake your hand on a deal and know he will follow through. He went the extra mile by going to the dealership to provide a detailed report that I requested. Thank you Dick and I wish you the best:)
