I am 60 years old, have 3 herniated discs after many years of contact sports, and general deteriation of the discs in my spine. I have ordered Posture Pump back in June 2020, I paid USD194.76 for it. Waited for so many months but didn’t receive it, so I checked few wks ago and was very shocked that the tracking says delivered back in July?? I contacted Posture Pump and asked them to provide me the proof to show that it is delivered but they asked me to call the delivery company myself instead. Now the delivery company told me that it’s too late to contact them bcoz it has passed 30days from date of delivery! I am very frustrated and disappointed with Posture Pump for not being responsible for the delivery! I paid USD194.76 for the good and I have never received it as claimed by the delivery company! They have appointed a cheap company to delivery such valuable item! I feel like I was being cheated by Posture Pump!
