Big thank you to Chloe!! I just moved here about 5 months ago and picked this place on a whim to get my hair done. I hadn’t gotten my hair done in years and Chloe made me so comfortable and made sure that she was doing what I wanted at every step. I’m SO happy with the outcome!!! i just want to say that monika is an angel. i went in for an emergency haircut because i decided to try to cut my own curtain bangs and it turned out DISASTROUS. i got an appointment with monika the next day and she was so sweet about it, and really took her time fixing the mess i made of my hair. its been about a week and i love my hair. she wasn’t sure if i would like it- because i really messed it up- and she said she did what she could and that i could come back in for her to fix it again in a few days (free of charge) if i wasn’t happy with it. i didn’t think it could be saved but she did an amazing job fixing it and my hair looks great. thank you monika :)Service: Haircut

Chloe is absolutely the worst stylist and has the personality of a Salem witch. She is condescending and looks at you as if you're there to service her. Her knowledge of hair extensions is next to nothing . The owner, Tracey should find another profession. She clearly cannot manage a salon--she has never worked as a stylist before nor does she have any inter-personal communication skills. I called her to tell her the bad shape her store is in and inform her about how clueless her stylists are but she did not call me back leaving me with no choice but contacting the Better Business Bureau to discuss best practices .

I've been getting my hair done by Ruby for many years. But about a year ago I started getting extensions and I am OBSESSED! I love how natural they look and feel. Not to mention the most beautiful shade of red sangria color. Everywhere I go I get tons of compliments. If there's one thing I have learned about this journey is that you definitely get what you pay for. I look and feel like a million bucks thanks to my gorgeous hair and my amazing hair stylist, Ruby!

Literally best blonde everrrrr!! Ruby Montana literally took me from a solid black to amazing blonde (the process was everything)! Mind you, I neverrrr let anyone color my hair... This woman is amazing, both my stylist and personal friend she's been my hairstylist since the 7th grade and all I can say is SHE NEVER DISAPPOINTS. Best stylist in Huntington Beach hands down. This salon is lucky to have her.
