Re: buying dry dog food, Very good customer service, decent prices. However , low inventory on a lot of more popular choices of brands. Only big bag flavor choice of Arcana dry food for our border collies was Salmon. Salesperson did say if dogs didn't like it, 30 day return policy so that was great ?

We always have the best experience here, and this visit was no different. I brought my husky, Ghost, for updated vaccines, a wellness checkup, and to address a few concerns. The entire staff is amazing every time we visit. Brooke is always incredibly friendly and kind, and Ghost feels completely comfortable with her whenever she takes him back. Dr. O’Connor is outstanding! He’s thorough, explains everything in detail, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Ghost received exceptional care from Dr. O’Connor and the team, as always. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely continue coming here. Thank you, Dr. O’Connor and staff, for everything!

I had ordered online for pickup at the location on Adams in Huntington Beach. I got busy and didn't pick it up for a week, but your staff took the the time to look it up and took care of me. They went above and beyond and did a GREAT job. Good work!

Self wash is a great idea. I like that you're not timed. However, I was quite disappointed in the towels they give you to dry pets. They are thin, and not even usable for rags. Dingy and rough You are a billion dollar corporation. Please get some new towels for the customers. We pay for the service the least you can provide better towels. ?

Sabrina (I believe that's her name!) at the register is an incredible employee! She has some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen in a retail store- coming from a CS manager. So friendly, asked and informed us about what we were purchasing, asked about our pets, and gave us a coupon for the next time we come in. Will absolutely be back to this location based on the employees alone!

Disappointed with the service I've gotten lately and I probably won't return to this location. I've taken my pup to the same groomer every visit because he likes her and she's able to handle his sass when it comes to teeth and nails. I've never had an issue before but there have been a few instances that have rubbed me the wrong way. I dropped him off on my day off to get a bath and haircut, long story short, they never called me to pick him up. I looked up the time they closed and decided to head over anyway because it was close to closing time. I sat in my car waiting for the call until finally I walked in and asked about him. They said they were calling me and I found out they were calling my old number that I had previously asked several times to delete. They have called my current number before to pick him up so I'm not sure why my old one popped up again. The groomer left and left it to the kids that work there to reach me. Okay... odd but okay. I was pretty upset that he was just sitting in a crate in the back. No one did anything but act awkward and just had no customer service training whatsoever. A few times now I've gotten to my appointment and the groomer was on break... 1. why have a slot time when your break is scheduled for that time and/or 2. if you see you have an appointment at a certain time, why take a break right at that time? They told me they can't fix the scheduling on the computer. Okay so question 2 then. I got there at 11:45 and she wasn't going to be back until 12:15. So realistically, if you have a 30 minute break, she literally went at 11:45 when I was scheduled. That's pretty rude and inconsiderate since I drive the distance just so he can see the specific groomer. When I asked to speak to a manager, told her the story, she was insistent on fixing the number that has already been fixed. She literally didn't address the current issue of her staff taking breaks in the middle of a shift and not even letting the customer know. Basically, she did nothing and no one gave two s* about it. Extremely disappointed. Especially since I've been going to the same girl for a while now and not even she reached out to explain the situation. I've missed a nail/teeth appt here and there but nothing to get this treatment. If that was an issue to be so upset about, use your words. If there were any issue, again, communicate. We're all adults here.

Nice,clean, organized store with friendly staff. I have hamsters, and they have a rather small selection. That was the only disappointment. For a dog or cat owner they are great.
