I love the staff here and the stock is unlike any other pet store I've been to. They also let you return opened items for credit if your pet doesn't like it.

Their customer service will keep you going back. The prices are a little higher than Petco but it's worth paying a little more. In addition to much better customer service, their product selection is also much better. I can always find what I'm looking for here!

Support small businesses! I have done price comparisons at the BIG pet supply establishments in and around Huntington Beach - you CANNOT beat the customer service, quality of the products, and knowledge of the employees at both locations (HB and Fountain Valley). Highly recommend to all pet owners!

I went in your store and everyone was very nice I had a lady ask me if I needed help within minutes I didn't catch her name. When I went to pay for my things I also got my cats tags. Neal and jynx really were helpful my card chip decided to not work and I had to run to the bank kind of embarrassing but they were so nice I didn't feel uncomfortable at. I appreciate them after a long day.

I have been a devoted customer to this business. The personal touch here is genuine the prices just as good as online maybe better. My dog pulls me to the door because he knows the people here and can’t wait to see them.On a more serious note my dog had a health emergency. I just bought a large amount of dog food and treats . They exchanged my dog food for the prescription dog food I needed and they put my prescription on file for future orders .I am very grateful for that support.Chris n Coop the Pug
