I’ve visited many lounges, but Palmz is truly in a league of its own. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The hookah was exceptional, crafted with true expertise. I can’t wait to return—Palmz was the highlight of my California trip, and thanks to Tracy and Ryan, I’m now a lifelong customer.

Was nice to experience. However, if you come from Germany it is rather disappointing. Plastic hoses on the coal are only changed when spoken to. And you also had to meet requirements to order drinks. Hookah alone $25 overpriced.

Hands down the best Hookah lounge I’ve ever been to. Tracie is super hospitable, she knows her shisha, and her hookahs are all top notch. I couldn’t ask for more.
The vibe is super indicative of the type of establishment. The customers are always chill, respectful, and mostly friendly.

I’ve been to dozens of lounges, but without a doubt, Palmz is on a whole other level. I loved it here—everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I immediately felt at home. The hookah was phenomenal; they are true artists and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t wait to be back. Palmz was the highlight of my trip to California. Tracy and Ryan have made a lifelong customer out of me.

Good vibe, spent a few hours here the other night. Blueberry mint flavor was amazing.
They charge per flavour, not per person which was a bonus.

I own a hookah lounge in Las Vegas and let me tell you, this place knows their hookah. Hands down the best hookah in Orange County. This place is my mandatory go to when I visit Huntington Beach! Great environment, outstanding customer service, and amazing hookah !

Was in town from Dallas with friends & this place was the highlight of my trip, hands down! Everything a hookah lounge should be. I cannot find this vibe anywhere in DFW! This place has an elite vibe without breaking your wallet, super clean & tidy & great music selection at a volume you can still enjoy conversation without yelling. I'm in love with Palmz & Ryan is EVERYTHING! He was extremely attentive, patient with all my silly questions & is the reason I will make random trips back. I pray the owner knows the gem that he is! Thank you thank you thank you! ?

This is the BEST HOOKAH lounge in HB. I frequent here several times a week. The owner, Tracie, meets and greets everyone who enters her establishment. She is truly incredible. The HOOKAH is delicious. Atmosphere is sexy, inviting, fun, and relaxing. Customer service is OUTSTANDING! After a few visits, you become part of the Palmz family! If you're in HB, looking for a spot to chill solo or with friends.... visit this establishment... you will not be disappointed!!! I Promise❤️

Came in because of the reviews and Palmz did not disappoint! I came in solo but the atmosphere and service was so outstanding, it didn't mind at all! Tracy, the owner, made me feel so welcomed. I noticed that she knew many of the patrons by name, which impressed me. I jammed to great music and the hookah was AMAZING! The establishment is clean and inviting. And to top it all off, the prices were great! Great place to chill, smoke hookah, maybe play games, converse (you can actually have conversations without yelling and losing your voice) , and just have a good time. I'll definitely be back! Don't hesitate to go!
