We have been shopping with Pacific Sales for over 30 years. Our first contact was with Wendell when he was with the Cerritos location. He helped us with a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We have been shopping at the Huntington Beach location since the closure of the Cerritos location. Our latest purchase was a refrigerator and our sales person was Matt Dole. He spend a lot of time checking on the promos related to our purchase and was able make some adjustments to our add-ons. Great service and prices.

The most helpful of any appliance store I have ever been to. Been dealing with them for several years and never disappointed.Josh worked for us this time for our bathroom remodel and went above and beyond to help me with matching designs. Went in for a washer and dryer set. Staff were super nice and friendly. Felt like I had my own team working with me to find the best solution for my home. Wendal, Lisa and Josh from their plumbing team came out and shared their experiences with different sets for the type of plumbing I have. Matt from appliances came out to walk me through the purchasing process and showed me the ins and outs of different brands. Great selection of just about anything home related but overall, everyone there was very kind and knowledgeable. New washer and dryer set fits and looks great.
