Back again! My wife and I came in for the President’s Day sale and were pleasantly surprised. The price was great as well as the quality of the mattresses. I came in today to get another mattress for my son’s room. Can’t thank Rafael enough for the all information and customer service. No upsell here. My husband and were in need of a mattress. I’ve been doing my research and finally decided to start visiting stores and we started with Ortho since they were just down the street plus it was President’s Day. Walked in and met with Rafael who was phenomenal. I gave him all the specs and deets that my husband and I were looking for and needless to say, Ortho was my first and only store we visited. Our mattress will arrive on Wednesday. Thank you Rafael for your patience with us and we truly appreciate your customer service.Zahrah

I highly recommend visiting Ortho Mattress in HB. Rafael was professional, knowledgeable, and an easy person to talk to. A no pressure environment/showroom, wife and I were walked through various mattress constructions, materials, firmness, etc. to narrow in on what met our needs. Home delivery and setup + old mattress haul away was trouble free. Very satisfied with the purchase process and Ortho mattress quality

My Wife and I recently purchased a mattress with an adjustable performing base, at the Ortho store in Huntington Beach. Rafael was our sales person, we really appreciate on how he was able to find a mattress within our budget, and a good fit for us. If anyone is in the market for a mattress, go see Rafael, he's very knowledgeable, respectful and cares about his customers. We were very satisfied with our overall experience!

I parked in the handicap parking spot (I am disabled and displayed placard) directly in front of the large glass entrance dooors. I was there to discuss the return policy of an item they sold to my 90 year old mother. The store owner then suggested that I drop the issue because of my "elevated blood pressure and heart rate" and that pursuing " this issue was a potential health risk for me". I am seeking an SSA attorney at this time. The silly "Bunkie-Board" return issue should NEVER have been a cause for a personal attack of this nature.
