Feeling -Get out why you still can!!!This maybe the worst bank you ever come across there technology never works correctly and there fees are exorbitant, to the extent it is probably illegal but they are getting away with it. if you were transferred into the wrong type of account(s) for you balance at the previous bank (one west) or (others) and had issues with technology or never received a package or even received a package and left things as they were you got tricked because they made things look ok and then hit you with a huge monthly service fee. Example if you had a small balance prior to it becoming a consolidated bank your previous account was placed on an account where they charge fees and they can't waive them or do anything to help you if time passed, so why bank with them if you are at the lower end of finance. Pleas check your statements make sure you have the correct type of account. Or simply close this account and move on. We will never bank with them again- horrible experience and not even a phone call - they are not out to help you- what happen to banking it's now more like feeing on the financially struggling. There must be a better way ..... Account Closed - Hopefully this bank gets closed next!

Poor and careless driving from guy operating. 24 ft box truck out of First Citizens Bank in Huntington Beach on Goldenwest and Yorktown Ave (Seacliff Village Shopping Center). Exit near McDonalds. 1:30 PM. This employee didn't hesitate to stop the truck in front of my girlfriend and I as we were trying to cross. We were basically half way the exit when he exited the parking lot on the Goldenwest side. A complete disregard for human safety. Lack of attention to pedestrians trying to walk. I suggest First Citizens Bank get this guy off the road or train this individual on how to drive a commercial vehicle. As a person that has a commercial license myself and operates a large vehicle for work, I feel embarrassed that there are people out there like this guy that could potentially cause harm to a person. If you read this, please look out for drivers operating a First Citizen Bank's truck.

If I can give no star I would for this bank and this branch. We came in to cash a check issue to us from a dealer with the funds being there. And branch assistant manager Yadhira Rodriguez say they can only cash 10% of the amount on the check. The branch have NO money. Coming from a bank would sound scary for anyone who put money into this place. I told them we don't need the money. Can we buy a cashiers check and again they say NO, they can only give a cashier check issue back to us. The bank have no money, and the customer service is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help at all.

Worst Bank EVER --I opened CD ACCOUNT AND I CANT EVEN TRACK IT. I WENT IN AND CALLED MANY TIMES AND Brad one of the managers says he's working on it, That has been over 10 days. I want my money in a respectable institution earning interest that I can track. Do not open any accounts here. The whole place is total chaos. I am long time resident and Chapman Alumni- 30 year Business owner licensed with Huntington Beach. I have alerted Better Business Bureau. The positive reviews here are for the previous bank that was "One West Bank"at this location which really was a great bank. This bank is new here ---less than a couple months. My account is now almost 3 months old. I tried calling customer service many times and they can't fix the problem. Apparently their computers aren't working after 2 months...you would think they could get them fixed. Robert Maheu

OUTSTANDING !!! Love this branch and have been coming here for years. Don't go anywhere else for your banking needs. Every time you come in you are always greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful. I was having a problem setting up my online account and Yuliana Robles was so helpful ,knowledgeable and patient. She spent so much time helping me and I would not have been able to do this without her help. Thank you again for always being there for me and always keeping me updated. Carol W.

First of all, I would like to recognize Yvette at this branch. I went to this branch to help my elderly father in gaining online access again. She was polite, patient, and professional! She was able to help my father with the assistance of the ast mgr. The next day, my sister had informed me that the mgr from the Escondido branch had blocked his access again! This One West employee was nowhere near the branch that I took my father to. I understand the importance of protecting all customers. Especially seniors! This is taking it too far! I will be advising my father to take his business elsewhere! The HB staff was outstanding! My issue is with the Escondido branch only!

I’m reviewing this specific branch, not the bank as a whole. I was surprised to see a 2 star average for this location, obviously the previous reviewers haven’t visited the ghetto Long Beach location. This location is tip top, the parking lot is clean, it’s a nice area, I feel safe using the ATM here. I’ve been inside a few times, and it’s nice not having a bulletproof window between the teller and yourself. This is what a bank should feel like.

Only open 10a to 2pm Monday to Friday. I have to take off work to bank there. They should least be open all day on Saturdays !

Terrible. No 24 hour service, locked out of account over weekend and no one to answer or help. If you lose your card or need a new one it takes almost 10 days when other banks can issue you one same day at your branch. Also, disputing fraud charges and they have still not credited my account. Changing banks immediately.

If you leave your card in the ATM machine and its not theirs, the machine will destroy it. I think that is ridiculous. Thanks for the effort one west. I wont be banking there anymore..
