We have purchased a walker from On the Mend. Their service and products are 5 Star Plus!!! Also we rented a power lift chair for my husband during his recovery from a hospital stay which was the best! These guys are the greatest!!!

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to 'On The Mend SoCal'. They offer an incredible selection of medical supplies, including wheelchairs, stairlift chairs, and extremely comfortable recliners for post-op recovery. What truly sets this place apart is the vast knowledge and expertise of the staff—it's a rarity to encounter such professional and helpful service. A huge thank you for all the assistance and advice, guys!! You are the best!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

I can’t say enough about this company. I called this morning looking to rent a hospital bed for my mom who fractured her ribs in a fall. I reached Steve quickly & he was helpful & even suggested a reclining lift chair because of her injuries. We went with the chair & they delivered it within hours of when we called. Rob & Max delivered the chair & not only did they move her love seat to the other room to make room for her new chair, they were really nice & informative. This chair is going to make a world of difference to my mom. Thank you so much for making this process so easy! It’s difficult to make decisions while your loved one is in pain but you made it easy. Thank you again!

We got 7 bars installed around the house . We also rented a bed and a lift chair. These guys are hands down 1 # customer service and amazing install with all 7 bars- hand rails. They really step it up on endless information on all equipment, rentals, and home safety.

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I needed a new hospital bed in a hurry. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and responsive to me asking a million questions. They dismantled and took away the old bed, set up the new bed, and left the room cleaner than they found it. They even stopped by a few days later and swapped the wheels for me when I realized I needed the brakes on opposite corners. They absolutely earned their five star status and are going to be my first call going forward.

An elderly family member called me and said he just couldn't walk anymore with crutches or a walker and he needed a wheelchair. At 4:30 PM, I called On The Mend Socal and spoke with Rob. He went over the options with me and then went out of his way to deliver a wheelchair to my family member's house at 6:30 PM. He spent time explaining how to use the chair. The transaction went smoothly.I highly recommend On The Mend Socal for wheelchairs and other medical devices.
