Really not sure why this is called boutique - the clothes were pretty ratchet. Much of the clothing is disorganized and very used and stinky. Very low stocked shelves in the house section with random junk items. They really have no business selling things for more than a few dollars there as the stuff is very used And unappealing

Learned new terminology today from cashier Esteban..."thrifting". That's thrift shop shopping , ?.
Had a wonderful time. Today being Sunday, 10% off for seniors. Plus I found a couple of half of items, altogether, I saved $16!!
On top of that, staff Esteban was so pleasant & helpful. Made my day. He's a keeper, Goodwill ?.

So I drive more than 30 miles to get here and shop and when I ask for the restroom after the long drive and accidents on the way I'm told it's for employees ? I'm so tired of places I patron tell me they don't have restrooms for paying customers. When I come here I usually drop $100-200 Dollars at time. Very poor customer service. I gave them a 3 star because of the selection still being good. But it's probably going to be the last time I come here because mo restroom available is getting old with me.

The store is more disorganized, but mostly everything is sorted by size. The selection was okay. The staff is very unwelcoming, but they did their job.

Man this was a huge disappointment first you would think that since they are located in a nicer neighborhood they would welcome you in just like other goodwill (not!) .
Starting off from the back of the store miscellaneous stuff all over the floor no logic they seriously need to take a trip down to the downey location get some tip from them. Moving on Saw 8 employees walking around but were not courteous at all. Again road trip other location!!. Jeans are Sized by S M L and so forth. But they are not separated by size. Or color not you literally have to walk all the back portion of the room to check the racks same as the shirts. Oh very important notice please please use the restroom before you come in the store they do not Again they do not allow customers to use the restroom I was an employee move her finger and laughed at a customer as she entered the restroom. They should be aware that if it wasn't for the customer going in to purchase they wouldn't have a pay check and store!!! .. Jeans are prices higher that other locations you can find joe or 7 or American eagle at the other location for less but again this store was a dissapointment. Hope this helps you .

Goodwill Boutique has excellent products at low prices. There is so many interesting items at very low prices. The staff helps you find what you are looking for.

This promises to be a more boutique feeling Goodwill, and delivers. It's laid out nicely, nicely appointed. Feels more like a retail clothing store and not a thrift store. The selections looked like they had pulled some nicer items from their donations and brought them to this location. We found a couple of cute dresses. There were a lot of SHEIN clothes, which didn't seem very boutique like or fancier than a normal Goodwill. Maybe that's a lot of their donations right now? I would visit again.

Please adjust your business hours so I don't go out of my way to come to this location at 8:13pm. Google said you guys close at 9:00pm but I was turned away at the door.
