Very pushy sales call. The guy was doing a good job and really trying his best and had a great script down, but still really annoying and persistent when I'm trying to work and get sucked into a 10 minutes sales call.

Your sales staff is utter garbage. When you're trying to sell, I'd recommend not laughing at your customers on the phone. I'd also recommend not talking down to your customers. I'd also recommend not making fun of the persons job you're trying to sell to considering you're cold calling printer ink. This company is a complete and utter joke. If you get a call from them just hang up and save yourself the minute pitch.

calls us on a regular basis, we keep telling them to stop but they pretend not to hear us, keep asking asking for the previous owner. very obnoxious, we will never do business with such a sleazy operation

Very happy with the level of service and care I received from Chris while doing some bulk purchasing on supplies. I always shopped at just big name retailers and Chris pointed out how much I was overpaying. We have saved tons of money and I feel like made friends in the process! Highly recommend!
