I've been a Nuvision member for 13 years mostly at the Leisure World branch which is limited on their hours and services. Nuvision opened up a new branch near me in Seal Beach (located in nearby Long Beach) that is really great. It's in the back of the Marketplace Shopping Center across PCH near Trader Joe's from the new Second and PCH mall that opened a few years ago. A little hard to find there but plenty of parking. I was greeted by a delightful young woman named SHIELA NADERPOUR, a banker who showed me around the new high tech ATM teller machine they have there. A person comes on a screen from the HQ to greet and serve you for any request you need above and beyond simple deposits and withdrawals. Sheila was very helpful in getting me a new debit card as I had lost my old card . It only took a few minutes. I highly recommend NuVision and if they hire more people like Shiela, they will continue to be the best around. Nuvision is ultra careful of your online transactions with all the fraud going on these days . They may sometimes cry "fraud" too easily on some websites. Maybe too careful at times, but better over cautious than not. I'm grateful at that due diligence. Thank you NuVision for the new branch!

Just relocated to the area and had a really terrible experience with this credit union. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they know how to do bank things. They never answer the phone in the branch and the call center tells you different things than the people in the branch. It appears that they’re offering service that gets worse year after year. Immediately after opening the account the teller tells me that that branch is closing. Why would I be interested in banking somewhere where there’s not a friggin bank? They then block access to any deposits for two weeks. The call-center says it’s a hold from the branch and simple to remove, the branch claims this isn’t true. Yet the call-center can share that their screen shows that the hold is scheduled to release at a certain date and time. They’re not waiting to process your checks, the money is there. Apparently Nuvision just likes to offer horrible service.

Buying a new home can be a challenge not just for the person buying it, also for the loan officer and the institution helping to get the financial resources to buy the house. Keiji Takamori help me from the beginning to the end. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He open the doors for me at Nuvision credit union. I am thankful and given the opportunity I will use his services again. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

I had an issue with my online printing of processed checks. Talked to a loan person and soon realized I needed a customer service professional and I got one in Ana Aguilar. She handled all my issues in a professional way. Having just had heart surgery I really appreciated that. I can be kind of a hothead at 75 years and she was calming and I couldn't of asked for a better person to handle all my issues. Being a long time customer I was taken care of perfectly.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I have a loan through Nuvision which has been fine until I sold my Jeep in December. They have been harassing me and charging me late fees when they have the payout from the dealership for about a month now. Why? Just cash the check? How hard is that? HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Stay away Hi can you actually send me a correct address to email you??

I've always had poor experiences with most banks but not here especially at this branch. There staff is over all kind and helpful would definitely recommend this brand if your a member. If you ever need any specific help there I would recommend Jimmy he's prompt ,professional and very knowledgeable over all the best banker I've worked with.

They repo my car after receiving full payment. The supervisor over the recovery department. Put it on my credit. Now she refuses to take it off. Oyea, her comment was we returned the car back to my son's job the same day. I actually like dealing with them until they repo my car as if they didn't receive the money. I wish I could remember her name.

Complete lack of Customer Service. Pol8cies change constantly and NEVER in favor of the client. It is impossible to sign up for online banking although the people in the building keep pushing it.
