At that time, the salesperson told me that the first attempt was unsuccessful, so I asked me to redo it. Looking at the deduction records, I found that being redone twice was really outrageous and angry. Why did they charge me twice for something?

My daughter loves buying clothes from here. They can be a little pricey, but that is to be expected from a boutique. Unfortunately, the employees aren't really nice and give rude judgemental looks if people are not dressed a certain way.

Need new associates please! I don't leave many negative reviews but this one I can't let go. I've never felt so snubbed in a store in my entire life, and I've been in plenty around the world. This store is in my hometown and I've been here a number of times (and can't say any experience has been exemplary). Started out with a product return/store credit for a shirt that CLEARLY had the tags from said store still on it, unaltered. The two associates stood behind the counter, without a smile, emotion or an apology said, "if you don't have a receipt we can't take it back". It was a gift for Christmas for the person I was with who wasn't given a receipt. I saw the exact top still in the store and asked if she could just exchange for a different size, again very smugly, they repeated their initial reply. I didn't want to cause a scene over a cheap $20 top, I apologized to the person I was with and said let's just find you something else. She purchased another top and upon leaving, not a thank you for coming, have a nice day, nothing. Then we get home...they DIDN'T PUT HER RECEIPT IN HER BAG!! I will never go back and will tell all my friends not to as well. I'm ashamed if visitors to HB think that this is who we are! Don't bite the hand that feeds you No Rest For Bridget.

This review is based on customer support only. This is the ONLY location that repeatedly has zero customer service. Although the location is the closest to me, I've tried over and over hoping it would get better. I literally just walked in, looked thru the entire store. I took my time. Not once did anyone greet me, look at me or anything. One very tall blonde was steaming clothes. The other was on her phone texting (shorter girl wearing a black shirt). I always shop in the Costa Mesa store or even the Newport location. I thought since I was checking out the new J Crew outlet store I'd stop in. I just don't get why no matter what, the girls working there don't even bother acknowledging there's a customer I. The store. Someone could have easily walked out with a ton of items they are just that much not paying attention. For reference it's October 13 at 3:30pm. No matter who is working at this location, it happens each time. I keep trying to give this location a try. But I'm done. Will only shop in Costa Mesa & Newport. Management needs to address the employees at this location. If I was a personal shopper, the report I could give would be not favorable for this location.

Amber was so helpful!!!! I was in a hurry and she found me the perfect bikini and shorts. I can't wait to go back. Happy Mother's Day to myself .

If there's zero rating , that zero rating goes to this store. As we walked in with my teenage girls with some other people, we noticed some ladies talking at the counter area just like they did not see people coming because they were busy chatting with each other. As we browsed the store we got some clothes to try on. I did not ask anybody because those 2 girls wasn't there anymore( the fitting room is adjacent to the counter area) so my younger daughter and i went to the dressing room together as it's big enough for us then while changing we heard the lady " only one person per fitting room please"! Oh well they were not around when we need them. We put our dress on and left the store and just like we did not exist. Costumer service is so bad, not a good store to go. Just go Feather and Stitch as their costumer service is excellent! Don't waste your time going to this store. This rating belong to The one in Bella Terra area

If you want people to shop with you but require masks even though there is no current mandate for vaccinated individuals, then you should probably make sure you have them available to your customers in case they happen not to have one. Not just tell them you have to leave. No problem for me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I'm writing this for my wife because she's too peeved to write one without going off. Customer service here sucks. I guess if your not the right color they don't treat you the same. My wife said she was about to buy 2 outfits, was in there 15-20 minutes and was the only one shopping, the 2 workers never said one thing to her. In walks a customer of the right color and they come forward to greet her and ask how they can help all the while my wife is standing there like wtf. My wife literally just dropped her outfits and walked out vowing to never shop there again. I've read quite a few comments here re customer service and haven't seen any replies from management, so I guess they don't care
