The manager Lacey customer service was outstanding! She went beyond her duty to make sure our tree would flourish. She was in constant contact and always responded to our questions. We couldn't have been more happy with Carmelo's team with the planting of the new tree. They were so courteous and they took the time to position the tree in the optimum position. We couldn't have been more happy with the outstanding customer service that was provided.

My parents and I visited Moon Valley Nursery in Huntington Beach today, and we had an absolutely delightful time! This place is a true haven for plant lovers, boasting a vast selection of beautiful trees, bushes, and flowers that left us in awe.The nursery's size was impressive, and we enjoyed wandering through the various sections, each offering a unique assortment of greenery. The well-organized layout made it easy to explore, and the sheer diversity of plants available was mind-boggling.From the moment we stepped in, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even came out to greet us personally. They were more than willing to assist and answer any questions and we had, making our visit all the more enjoyable..We left the nursery feeling inspired and excited to start our gardening journey.Overall, we highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery to everyone. The wonderful selection, welcoming atmosphere, and helpful staff make it a top-notch destination. Whether you're an experienced gardener or a novice like us, you won't be disappointed!Thank you, Moon Valley Nursery, for an unforgettable experience! We'll definitely be back soon.

We worked with Dean on our landscape design. He was courteous and professional, as was the installation crew. Dean got back to us quickly, and most importantly, he was flexible in helping us in our plant selections. We are very happy with the completed project.

Everyone at the Huntington Beach location was amazing including the manager, my Sales Associate, Dean; his backup, Jackson; and the tree planting crew led by Frank.You’ll pay more at Moon Valley but it’s worth it as their service, selection, and knowledge are beyond reproach. Also, their trees are bigger when compared to the other nurseries selling trees in the same size container so you have to consider that when comparing prices.I have more items to buy and I’ll definitely be going back to Moon Valley.

I've used Moon Valley two times now and have been extremely satisfied with their work both times. Professional, responsive, and with an attitude of wanting to do the project correctly, the entire team was great to work with, but an extra thank you to Dean for spearheading the project.

Dean at Moon Valley Nurseries was fantastic to work with. Dean worked with us to understand the goals we had for our yard, and helped us find 3 fantastic plants/trees. He was in touch via text and shared pics and was able to easily answer our questions. We couldn’t be happier, also the team that installed were efficient, friendly and very tidy, even hosing off our footpath(we have a hose in the front yard). Also, Mr Bailey at Huntington Beach was very helpful and in no way did we feel obligated or pressured like we have at other vendors.Thank you so much Again.These pieces are the focal point of our growing garden and were worth the investment.

Just installed a privacy hedge in our backyard. Our expectations were exceeded in what a great Job Moon Valley did on the work. Our backyard has instantly improved. If you're thinking of getting some landscape work done, go with Moon Valley, they are awesome!

I am impressed with the assistance I am receiving from Scott, the assistant manager of Moon Nursery in Huntington Beach. He is really helping me to keep our 48 plants we purchased from them last year alive and healthy. Some of our plants did not make it. (Did I mention I do NOT have a green thumb.) He helped me select some replacement plants so we will see how they do. I text specific questions about improving my gardening skills and he answers each question in a timely manner. If things turn greener in our backyard, I have Scott to thank!

We've had such a great experience working with MVN...every single person is SO NICE and friendly; you can tell they love what they do. I spoke with several folks there and ended up working with Matt to plan our landscaping and hand-select our plants. He was super helpful and such a pleasure to work with. We will def be going back to finish up our landscaping projects over the next few months :)

Awesome nursery. They can be a little more expensive, but the quality and knowledge of their employees are worth it.
