I discovered Max Body Boot Camp through ClassPass, and I had been exploring various fitness options, including both chain fitness brands and smaller studios. I have always felt a bit apprehensive about smaller fitness establishments due to past experiences where they felt judgmental and exclusive. So, when I decided to give Max Body Boot Camp a try, I was initially overwhelmed. However, my perception changed the moment I walked through the front door.Mark, the owner, greeted me warmly and took the time to explain how the class was structured. During my first class, Mark provided me with valuable guidance without any hint of judgment; he simply wanted me to have the best workout experience possible. What's more, everyone in the class was as friendly and welcoming as Mark. They offered assistance when I was unsure about certain exercises or the next steps. It was evident that many of the participants had been loyal to Mark for years, and this created a true sense of community.Fast forward two months, and I am still attending classes at Max Body Boot Camp regularly. I consistently feel challenged and supported on my journey towards better health and physical fitness. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who may be hesitating about starting a workout routine. At Max Body Boot Camp, you'll find the support, motivation, and the opportunity to transform your body and lifestyle. It's truly a remarkable place!

10/10 recommend Max Body! It's group fitness but Mark does such a great job at tailoring the exercises to make it challenging for each person. I always leave feeling strong

This review is very long overdue, as I've been going to Mark's bootcamp for over 10 years! Mark immediately made me feel welcome and tailored the WOD's until I didn't need any modifications. This is how he trains all members, with the customized attention of personal training but in an energetic, supportive community. His super power is knowing how individuals need / want to be motivated and guiding everyone to their goals.The law of attraction is in full effect. Mark is down-to-earth, supportive and fun, so are the people in this community!

Very overdue review of this gym. I've been going to Max Body close to 10 years? There's many of us who are very loyal to Mark because he is not only a great coach but a great human being. He is kind and he has a way of pushing you in a respectful way. He is the only gym that I consistently go to. Beyond him, the community of people that attends are all wonderful and supportive... and from different background and fitness level. I found my group of best friends in this gym. I highly recommend Max Body, whether you are just want to start in your fitness journey or get back into a fitness routine. This is a place for you

Mark is the kindest and most supportive trainer I have ever dealt with. He is always looking out for the good of his clients. He knows when to push and knows when you need space. He supports you through all the stresses of life and continues to encourage you or remind you to make coming to the gym a priority.

This is the first bootcmap that I have been consistent with! (I have tried many!) I enjoy going to class, it's always so much fun and I leave feeling so good! The smaller class sizes allow more one on one coaching, which is definitely a bonus for me. The music is great, the energy is always so good and Mark has helped me reach my fitness goals! Mark's coaching approach is professional, kind, and optimistic! I recommend this bootcamp! :)

Working out is about feeling confident and strong in your body, but also about community. Mark makes everyone feel like a part of the Max Body family and truly cares about your physical fitness as well as you as a person. I always want to go to the gym because I know I will get a good workout and get to see Mark! He's an amazing coach. He is reliable, consistent, positive, and holds me accountable to my exercise goals. Mark has weight loss challenges throughout the year where he provides a meal plan and consistent weigh ins. He also gets involved in races and events to further bring the group together - just had a Spartan Race last weekend! He also pays attention to your specific needs during a class, giving modifications and working with you if you are dealing with chronic pain or injuries. Once you take one class you'll be hooked!

Coach Mark is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy physical fitness. He has taught me soo much and made me feel confident in the fitness world. I have been going to Maxbody for 6 years and love the community of people that this gym supports. You feel like you are getting a personalized workout session while also having the opportunity to meet and mingle with other motivated people. Coach Mark really supports wherever you are at in your health and fitness journey and is very genuine in his approach, never making you feel out of place if you need to make a personal adjustment to the workout plan. His instruction are very clear and the workouts are always fun and I never feel like I'm getting the same workout over and over- love the diversity of the exercises. Truly I can not say enough good things about the gym environment and Coach Mark! Very happy to be apart of the Maxbody family.

Extremely disappointed with TJ and this establishment that he uses to prey on women as a massage therapist. I was referred to TJ for a sports massage back in December and I have received 3 massages from him. I even referred several clients his way because he was professional and good at first. However, with each massage, he would push the line and try to touch me inappropriately more and more until he crossed the line and sexually assaulted me last week on Jan 25, 2023. With one of my referrals, he sexually assaulted her during the first massage she received on Friday the 27th. TJ gets you down to your underwear and moves your thong to see and touch your vagina as he is doing your massage. He purposely lacks any cover to cover you correctly and professionally because he is busy touching and rubbing his penis against you. We have reached out to TJ regarding this and he turned the situation around to blame me and the other girl I referred him. My next step is file a police report against him and this gym that he works at and does massages in!

I've been doing bootcamps for a few years and this makes the third location/company that I've done classes with. I find it the most positive workout experience that I've had across all that I've attended and Mark is such an POSITIVE driver and doesn't shame; very supportive! Additionally, people have been w/ Maxbody for a long time which really tells you everything you need to know. I would definitely recommend this company!

The owner and members are so incredibly nice and helpful. I just started coming here and I'm so thankful to have been recommended here by a friend. Been struggling for a few years but finally found something that I believe will help me meet my goals.

Needed a place that pushed me hard to get back into shape. The classes are small and the community is great. Mark is an awesome motivator and helps beginners and season veterans with their form and goals. Been going goa a long time, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I came to this place during what I would consider the worst physical and mental health I've been in a really long time. All the trainers, especially Mark, have been so supportive and friendly throughout the short amount of time I've been here. Mark goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals - from personally welcoming you into each class you attend and helping you develop a personal meal prep plan and eating habits. I'm always impressed with how he (along Coach TJ & Sarah) remember details about everyone's lives. It's honestly a great work out each day and a positive environment.The workouts are great because they know how to effectively target each body part (typically - M/W lower body, T/Th/Sat full body, and Wed upper body, but this changes monthly). While it is a group class, people of all health levels are welcome to join. The trainers know your limits and alter weights/exercises to any health concerns (i.e. back or knee pain).Workouts are an hour long and I consistently burn about 700-800 calories each time. It's honestly the highlight of my day and in my three months here, I've lost 31 pounds (from 230 down to 199!) I feel great, look great, and can definitely see myself getting stronger and toned.While it may cost a little bit more than a 24 hour fitness membership, it's more than worth it if you need extra motivation to work out. It's affordable and it works! I'm so grateful for Mark, TJ, and Sarah for their consistent encouragement and helping me reach my potential.
