We were immediately greeted by Steven and he quickly took away the anxiety and frustration we had been feeling spending hours testing and shopping. Steven is a sleep expert, so he not only knows the ins-and-outs of every mattress, but he really takes the time to understand your needs to try and match you with the best mattress. Instead of going to some of the most expensive options to start, he provided us with several affordable choices. He spent over an hour with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a bed from him. We ended up leaving to "sleep on it" and knew before we got home that we wanted to buy our mattress from Steven. We went back first thing next morning and purchased a new Tempur-pedic. We will be referring our friends and family to this store any time they need a new mattress. Steven is a real asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with.”

“Over the years I've purchased multiple mattresses from Custom Comfort, I've recommended them to my clients, my friends, and my family. In total I've owned roughly 4-5 mattresses and have had affiliated family, friends and clients purchase around 3-4 each themselves. I keep coming back for the quality, the customer service, and the fact that they are locally made with high quality materials.The sales experience is truly unique in the mattress world, none of that deceptive marketing or ambiguous pricing models-the prices are listed just as they are, no haggling necessary and for the quality--extremely reasonable. The prices are transparent and readily found, no hidden charges....just like how every other product on the market is...albeit used cars and other mattress stores. That is a strong demonstration of integrity with relationship to their customer, I appreciate that. Good luck getting that at any of the other mattress stores...which just happen to be middle men distributors with unscrupulous sales tactics.On customer service- I bought a mattress protector from them, this protector is a very high quality organic cotton piece, but upon trying it on the bed I wasn't particularly fond of the feel-nothing is wrong with it and its extremely high quality (like everything else they sell)..upon letting them know I wasn't happy with the feel, John from their central location reached out personally, followed up multiple times, and ultimately made things right with an amenable solution. This company and particular individual demonstrate a level of customer satisfaction that is rare these days, high end products with high end customer service.Every guest who has stayed in my guest bedroom with their mattress has said they slept like a king and loved the mattress.Their attention to detail on using high end materials that are safe, their warranty and care that you're happy with their product, their personal touch with customer service, and the fact that they are locally made will keep me coming back for years to come. I'll continue to recommend them for years to come, I'm happy companies like this still exist.”

“These bamboo sheet sets are the very best most comfortable I've ever had in my life, got the percal sheet set this time, but also have 2 resort style bedding sets already at home, and the best part is there temperature regulating for my always hot menopausal self. I noticed the first night the cooling feature as I get very hot during the night. “Service " SPOT ON " as soon as we walked in the receptionist says welcome to living spaces let me know if I can help in anyway .... I mean DAM straight up feeling comfortable already , as we walk down me & my wife stop & look at the outdoor stuff for our yard & one of the Floor Assistance Members came and said we have juice , water , coffee , cookies ( made in house ) please stop by and grab some ( Holy Batman seriously in house made cookies ) me and my little one headed over while my wife was looking around ( as she was embarrassed that we were going there to pick up snacks and drinks ) we get there grab some cookies / drinks and ---- WOW seriously WOW cookies were warm and super good I should have taken pictures of us in action ( eating & drinking ) but my phone was at the time 3% ( lol ) anyways not only do they have great products to choose from but they do it in a none push way that makes you feel obliged to buy something. The staff checks in on you to see if you need anything , great value for your $ on furniture & different room accessories. The promotion they have is great for different levels of purchase. Let's be honest things are just expensive now so why not get your new couches or something new for your room , possibly outside decor since spring is right around the corner . Look Yelp Family this has been my to go store for years & the customer service has been on point - prices reasonable - great warranty- places looks amazing ( kudos to the cleaning crew for having living spaces looking ready for shoppers to come and enjoy - there's nothing better then a clean store to buy from so plz management team thank your cleaning staff as they deserve a kudos ) Check them out tell them Albert sent you stay safe keep on shining living spaces and see you on my next round as I know my wife was looking at a couple of different things yesterday.”
