Matthew was so helpful and nice when I was picking out a new bed as it’s been ten years since I bought a mattress. Today my wife and I set out to get a new mattress after 10 years on a Sealy Optimum. We tried out Sleepy, Nectar, Sealy and Serta. We knew that we wanted a hybrid and adjustable base. After speaking with Francis and having a great experience, we stopped by the Sea Cliff store and Long Beach store to try a few other versions of the mattresses we like. Everyone at Mattress Firm was very polite and had great customer service. After dialing in our final choice, we went back to see Francis again because he had treated us extremely well and I prefer to give the sale to the first contact (unless it was a bad experience, which it wasn’t). He was able to give us a good deal on exactly what we were looking for and even set us up for delivery at our new residence in Colorado. Mattress Firm has an amazing selection and between all of their showrooms you can try out just about anything. Someday I’ll get that vibrating Temper-Pedic, and we will definitely be calling Francis again to get a mattress for our Big Rig.

This store is amazing. They have a great selection and variety of mattress, mattress covers, and pillows. The sales people here are busy but they are very attentive. We were fortunate to have Matt help us. He checked -in with us, showed us a variety of options that we might like and was super knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us get all that we needed before we left. Customer service at it's finest. I highly recommend this store!
