GratitudeJeremy actually thanks you for your business and has raised the bar for all small businesses competing with the likes of Walmart, Amazon etcMy mail is secure, I’m able to access my box 24/7, operating hours are conducive to my schedule and any mailings are processed expeditiously!I’ve worked for Starbucks Mailbox Station customer service “Legendary”I’ve worked for a pawn Shop- Jeremey’s rapport with customers “OUTSTANDING ”I’ve been a resident of the HB community since 1982! Jeremy has been beyond helpful, he has gone above and bailed to help me with my forwarding mail while I move from out of state. I couldn't ask for a more helpful, kind and connected human being to be such a a guide. He's made things absolutely easy. I’ve had my box at the Mailbox Station for close to 20 years. Jeremy (owner) is awesome. I’ve never had an issue, he’s always helpful, accommodating and offers great service.It’s nice to have a key with 24 hour access and be able to have packages delivered to my box when I’m out of town. Having a Main street address is great for a business address.Highly recommended!

UPDATE: I am responding to the owner's comment on this review. He sent a letter to me begging me to take this down (which is a violation of Yelp policy). He apologized for everything he has done ergo admitting guilt to all the things I have outlined in this review. I was a current customer until December 2020 so everything I have said is recent and true. Do NOT allow this two-faced oil slick to sweet talk you into renting a box. There are far better options!

5 STARS FOR SURE!!! This is a wonderful mail station! I've been using it for years and am very glad to have found it. The owner is super nice and always helpful. I would highly recommend going here for all your mailing needs. It's much more convenient than the Post Office and is right downtown. EXCELLENT customer service! Great all around!

TOTALLY AWESOME FOR SURE 5-STARS!!! I've been using this mail station for years and must say it's fantastic! The owner is super nice and incredibly helpful! You couldn't ask for a better mailbox station for all your mailing needs. The customer service is excellent. It's a real gem in downtown Huntington Beach!

Great experience! After agreeing to a one year commitment and paying the entire one year cost, I expressed some hesitancy about the size of the mailbox. Instead of saying "tough luck" the owner, Jeremy, was willing to refund a majority of what I paid. Even better, he came up with a resolution to install a large mailbox to accommodate my needs. This level of customer service is unusual. I was impressed and will be honoring by one year commitment!
