Worst customer service I ever had. I wanted to exchange a product that I bought a day before. I had the receipt too. The employee who was working there was so rude and mean.She did not help me at all. When I asked her name, she told me she would not exchange my product anymore and I had to go to another store, When I asked why, she told me I had to leave the store otherwise she would call security.
I left the store and found out that I had left my credit card there.
I went back and her co-worker said I I was not allowed to go inside the store and she would call security.Then I had to cancel my credit card.

Worst costumer service. Purchased a foundation and the woman working input my email wrong so I never received an email receipt. When I simply wanted to exchange the product for a different color THE NEXT DAY they would not let me and the “manager” had an extremely negative attitude towards me. Do yourself a favor and just go across the street to Sephora where they are sweet and customer service is unmatched.

Went in looking for a few Holiday gifts. Halie (forgive me if I am spelling your name wrong), greeted me and helped me quickly pick out some lip shades with ease. She had a very easy going energy and loved that she wasn't overly pushy with her sales technique. Love this location. So much easier to get in and out of compared to South Coast.

Girl who worked around 12 pm is super racist, rude and mean. Was asking for products, but extravagant awful attitude and no intentions to help. Worst customer service ever!

This is by far the BEST MAC location. I've had my makeup done by Kayleen for a couple photo shoots and she is AMAZING!! She is a very talented and excellent makeup artist highly recommend her! She is very sweet and makes every experience enjoyable and fun. I often have makeup questions and she's always willing to educate me on all things beauty! She also helped me pick out the perfect foundation that I wear daily. I've also had my makeup done my Jonathon who is great as well! He had already anticipated the look I was going for my graduation. When I arrived and he had all my favorite makeups and eyeshadow palette shades out and ready without me even saying anything! Also in a beautiful location to sip a coffee overlooking the beach after your gorgeous makeover

Huge shout out to Liz! I went to pick up some foundation and didn't know what shade would be best. Liz not only picked out a great shade, but did my whole makeup, gave great recommendations, and didn't try to upsell anything. She was really nice and made great conversation, and welcomed me back any time to do my makeup. She gave the best customer service I've had anywhere in a very long time.Thanks, Liz!

Kaylene R , helped me the other day and was absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me find my perfect shade for foundation ( I am clueless when it comes to makeup and get embarrassed by the lack of knowledge when it comes to it ) . Kaylene was so nice and made the experience fun and enjoyable .

I had a bunch questions about makeup. So I called the store. Just got off the phone with Liz at this location. Had to jump on here and write a review, because I am very very expressed with her knowledge about skin care and makeup. I will get into the store ASAP. Im positive she will resolve my makeup concerns

I kinda don't want to leave this review because it will take away potential appointment time slots from me in the future, but I have to do what is right. Are you looking to get snatched? Are you wanting to look so fine? Are you wanting to look more chiseled than ever?! Well, say no more... because JONATHAN HAS ARRIVED. He is able to anticipate your look before you even speak. It's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him. You won't regret it. But don't take my time slot....

Have I not written a review for this place? Been coming since they opened. Beautiful location right on PCH!! They have a few shops that I do more window shopping but it's a great way to spend a day. Gets you close to the beach and the food options are pretty good. My favs when I come are Bear Flag, Lemonade, and Philz coffee. There is also usually live entertainment in the little courtyard are by Lemonade & Simmzy's. Looks like they are redoing the food court area since it's probably been hard during covid so will have to see what comes in. Han's ice cream is also a good choice and so is Frosted cupcakes, but this last trip, they are closing in Oct22, which is sad. Very clean restrooms and they do validate parking. Great place to go to enjoy an afternoon. SYOY!

Pacific City is a great outdoor mall in Huntington Beach with several great restaurants and ships with amazing ocean views!
