Went to Lux lounge on Thursday 5/28/24. Had a mani/pedi Normally I just get a pedi with Vivian This visit was a day from hell. As Vivian was attending to my toes. The other woman was filing the heck off my nails to remove the gel polish. I asked her to soak the the rest off. She did not listen. Long story short I got a mani that lasted 6 days ( see chipping) And Vivian never polished my toes because it was A HOUR and A Half later. I had to go! Left very unhappy. Went in today 6/3/24 to see if I could get a credit on a future pedicure but they said no someone will redo my manicure. No I said" I don't want anyone touching my fingers nails they are ruined by your manicurist who filed the f*** out of them. Will not return!!! Such a waste of time and money!

Great spot to get your nails done! I stumbled across this place because I was in the area. I was able to call for a same day appointment and was helped immediately upon walking in. Everyone is so friendly! I had soooo many colors to choose from and the person who did my nails was very patient with me. She did an excellent job with my nails. My basic gel manicure was $33 + tip.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was skilled, attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I got gel x and my nails turned out perfectly, and I highly recommend them!

The girl who did my nails was not only rude but rushed me out to get to her next appointment. It was my 1st time and I will not return. I did nails for 35+ years and what I left with is unsatisfactory. When you pay $51.00 for a fill I expect then to look beautiful.

I do have my particular ladies that do my nails regularly, Linda and Chole. However, I have found that when they are not available, the ladies that have filled in for them are just as good! So, I feel confident in saying everyone there does a good job with lots of time and care.

I have been going to Lux Lounge for about 4 or 5 years now and I love it! The salon is clean, the nail techs are all very friendly, and they always do a wonderful job! Nancy and Chloe are my go to gals, but everyone is very talented and I will continue to come back as long as I can!

Trying to find a new nail salon for gel X this is definitely not the place to go. I've been getting gelx for about a year now and I had two cracked nails after the first day of a new set with them ,on top of that filing to the almond shape, filed into three of my fingers, so they are extremely tender and sore, as far as the pedicure goes, it was good Long story short, this is not the salon for me

I've been to this nail salon many times, I only get pedicures. BUT I find that it's a hit or miss and many times I feel like they're really aggressive with digging into toe nails. I let them know it hurts but they continue and it's just awkward. They make it seem like it's my fault, when in the end my toes end up swollen and irritated. I'm obviously going to stop coming here because it's just not worth it guessing whether or not I'm going to get hurt. I gave a 3 because they always sit me down quick and seem like they have good intentions, despite the irritated toes, the pedicure itself comes out fine. The middle toe is irritated on the side and they always irritate my ingrown toe nail.

I've been here serval times, even purchased gift certificates. Technicians are always pleasant exceptional service; clean, nice environment, professional and reasonable pricing.

I went last night to get a manicure and a pedicure. The manicure was fine but during the pedicure she made my nails bleed which has never happened before. She also did not put the top coat on half my toes so the nail polish came off of a few toes and they do not look good. I truly wish I went somewhere else as now I am going on vacation with only 7 nails painted

They answer the phone quickly and are always so accommodating to my boyfriend and let him sit next to me as they work on my mani and pedi. Super kind and talented with their work.

They give a really relaxing spa pedicure here. It is expensive but worth it. The massage chairs are good. Lots of colors to choose from plus they do dip, acrylic, everything really. Staff is very nice. I always call ahead of time just to make sure they have availability.
