Purchased a fridge and a dishwasher on 1-18-24. That is when the problem started. Was told that we would get a call withing the next three days to schedule the installs, that never happened and it took several calls and finally a visit to the store to get this scheduled. Here we are three weeks (2-8-24) later being told at the end of the four hour window that the delivery truck broke down and the backup truck is also in the repair shop. Took the day off to be home and moved everything so the installers had no obstacles to deal with. On the phone with the store to speak to a manager and all I get is more and more incompetence as they tell me that a manager cannot be found and that they'll need to call me back. Have had minor issues with Lowes HB in the past but thought I would try them again since it has been a couple years. Looks like this will be the last time I enter a Lowes. Home Depot, Ace Hardware or specialty shops like Gnahl Lumber, Floor and Decor-etc will be my go to from now on.

If you go to this Lowe's ask for Steve in tools. You will get great customer service with a smile and a Can-Do attitude ! However you probably should stay clear of asking the associate Gino any questions. He apparently thinks it is not his job to try and help you find a solution . He's not going to do that work for you wow!! Everyone else I encountered was very pleasant and I will be back because I will know to ask for Steve even if I am not looking for a tools .

I was having such a bad day today because I had to move in a rain storm. Then I headed to Lowe's to get some boxes. I forgot my card at home and the register that had Apple Pay wasn't working. AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE NAMED SAM called me over to the register and asked me how many boxes and paid for them. I didn't expect that at all. Especially after such a shitty day. Thank you Sam for making my day. He is amazing. A small gesture like that goes a long way. He warmed my heart.

Purchased several things from the PRO desk. Martin assisted me. First, I purchased several blinds. A girl named Yanesa was to cut these. She messed up and not cut all of the blinds. Then, I ordered 2 sets of appliances which were to have been delivered to me. The delivering warehouse damaged the items and these were scheduled and cancelled 3 times before they were finally delivered. During the horrible customer service from all ends everyone kept just rescheduling the damaged appliances for delivery. I went to the store and spoke to Martin's boss - Nick who was not help. He took down my information and call me once to give me a "return #" not the new delivery # and then I never heard from Nick again. I tried called but was like pulling teeth to get him on the phone again. As for their call center, they were useless and unprofessional. I don't know ho Lowes can be in this sort of business. If you're considering buying appliances or anything here, think it through. You could end up like me. DON'T DO IT!

Shout-out review for Pia & Steve! I had a home project to purchase a plant pot with holes for months to incorporate with my larger decorative planter in my living room; so I went to Lowes near my tire shop. Reason for everything this morning and the delay was perfect on the nail that was on my tire, ugh! Pia came to me to ask me if i needed help as I was browsing. She suggested some items and with the paid receipt, she was able to suggest getting the holes taken out in the bottom of the pot too. Great TIP to check for with their tools department there. She looked for Steve and during her break, they assisted me together. That was priceless. Thank you for the great experience that you both gave me for my solution that I needed for months. I will certainly be back at this location with the value that was given to offer on customer service and the variety of selection to look for pots was appreciated. Just in time for the holidays, Happy Thanksgiving!

Top-level service by Eddie in the appliance department today. My mother's beautiful LG gas range has died again. It's 2 years old, and with three service calls for the burners and three service calls for the oven, it has stopped working again. The time has come to stop pouring money into it. It's a shame that it's out of warranty and is now junk. It wasn't purchased at Lowe's, by the way. I met Mom at this Lowe's to help her get a new range. When I arrived, she already had it picked out, and had made friends with the very helpful Eddie. He had already filled out all the purchase, delivery and installation paperwork, and everything was scheduled for Mom to have her new range the next day. This new range is highly rated by Consumer Reports, it was on sale for a great price, the delivery and installation were extremely reasonable, and Eddie was so very efficient. He's a pleasant guy who knows how to get the job done with a smile and a laugh. As a business owner, I know that the folks on the front line in retail are the face of your operation and they make all the difference in the world. You can make your policies, prices and services whatever level you want... but the customer will judge you by the experience they have with your help. Eddie sets a fine example for service in this store. They could not have chosen a better person to represent Lowe's. Thanks to Eddie for making our lives a little better through his friendly and kind actions today.

Do NOT buy the protection plan. Their claims process is so convoluted. I think it's designed so you get frustrated you just give up. Home Depot has all my future business.

Employees would rather walk around the store then say "Hi" let alone help you. They are more expensive then Home Depot but the reason I won't shop there is because their new policy on returns. They will not give you a refund or even store credit if you are a cash customer and accidentally loose your receipt. That's the last $45 they will ever get from me. Bad business

This hardware store is far out for me so usually I would go Home Depot instead. I used to come here when I worked nearby but that's like years ago. The parking space is spacious and staff are pretty nice.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!! Total bunch of misfits and the worst customer service in my life of doing business the past 40 years. Sophia, you are making transactions without my permission. I never agreed to return the wrong size doors until there was a viable solution and honorable and professional communication. This was promised by you Sophia Menchaca, Asst Mgr. However, when I spoke with you on the morning of October 7th at 10:04am you promised to contact me the following day or have another manager call me to help get me the correct size doors and proper service and communication. This obviously never happened. You did nothing Sunday or today. I had to call and track you down and then you sent me an email stating Lowes will pick up doors and give me a refund. Even the refund is wrong. Sonny called me and charged me an extra $165.62 for so called extra customization of the heights. I tried contacting your corporate office and investor relations today, but their phone is out of order with a message we are closed. I already spoke with the manufacturer, Chaparral that Lowes used to make the mirrored doors and they agreed that the doors on the first and second orders are too small in height. I communicated with Sonny Monioz & Tony your salesmen the height measurements by phone and via email on multiple occasions.

Poinsettia is the best worker I've ever is the best worker ever. She went above and beyond for me and made me smile. I was having a really rough day and she really understood me and listen to me. She's very personal professional and amazing. She should be a Director of Lowe's because at this .18 years of service More like 100 years because if she knows what she's doing. 10 to 10 stars miss poinsettia is the best Worker ever, and she deserves a raise. She deserves a big raise, cause she know how to treat all her customers. I saw her work, everybody so easily, and with ease, thank you so much, Miss Poinsettia you're the best.
