"Living Space Furniture has left me utterly disappointed and out of pocket. Not only did they sell me furniture of questionable quality, but they also aggressively upsold me on a warranty that turned out to be utterly useless. Despite paying over a thousand dollars for this so-called 'comprehensive coverage,' it conveniently covers nothing when it comes to the actual issues with the furniture. When I tried to get a refund for this worthless warranty, they flat-out refused, leaving me feeling scammed and cheated. Their customer service was shockingly unresponsive and unapologetic, showing no regard for customer satisfaction or basic decency. It's clear that Living Space Furniture prioritizes profits over honesty and integrity. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this unethical company. They'll gladly take your money and leave you with subpar products and empty promises."

I've appreciated the choices in furnitures, but their practices in pricing are unethical. Saw a chair, took a photo and came back to buy it a week later. Price increased $100 and manager would not honor it, even though I had the date on the photo. Shame.

I purchase a sectional here in September 2022. The sales man convinced me to buy the "Care Free Plan" by Uniters which was an additional $298.50. He said they would cover everything from tears/rips, to accidental stains, etc. I have the pamphlet right in front of me. He said I will NOT regret it. I just filed a claim for some stains on my couch and was denied because of "accumulation of stains", are you kidding me? Isn't this what the service is for? He said I should have gone onto their website to review all the terms and conditions before purchasing. Yet on the pamphlet they have their "WIN WIN Terms" printed in there with NOTHING that says they don't approve of "accumulation of stains". I can hardly afford the couch on its own let alone this scam that they add on top of the couch itself. I hope someone reads this review before purchasing the CARE FREE PLAN BY UNITERS through Living Spaces.

Service " SPOT ON " as soon as we walked in the receptionist says welcome to living spaces let me know if I can help in anyway .... I mean DAM straight up feeling comfortable already , as we walk down me & my wife stop & look at the outdoor stuff for our yard & one of the Floor Assistance Members came and said we have juice , water , coffee , cookies ( made in house ) please stop by and grab some ( Holy Batman seriously in house made cookies ) me and my little one headed over while my wife was looking around ( as she was embarrassed that we were going there to pick up snacks and drinks ) we get there grab some cookies / drinks and ---- WOW seriously WOW cookies were warm and super good I should have taken pictures of us in action ( eating & drinking ) but my phone was at the time 3% ( lol ) anyways not only do they have great products to choose from but they do it in a none push way that makes you feel obliged to buy something. The staff checks in on you to see if you need anything , great value for your $ on furniture & different room accessories. The promotion they have is great for different levels of purchase. Let's be honest things are just expensive now so why not get your new couches or something new for your room , possibly outside decor since spring is right around the corner . Look Yelp Family this has been my to go store for years & the customer service has been on point - prices reasonable - great warranty- places looks amazing ( kudos to the cleaning crew for having living spaces looking ready for shoppers to come and enjoy - there's nothing better then a clean store to buy from so plz management team thank your cleaning staff as they deserve a kudos ) Check them out tell them Albert sent you stay safe keep on shining living spaces and see you on my next round as I know my wife was looking at a couple of different things yesterday.

No way to contact Store directly by telephone. The toll-free number goes to India and they try to solve your problem and say they will send a message to the local store tomorrow. I just wanted to contact the local store and see if they have something in stock. This is a company that tries to stay out of contact with its customers unless you go see them personally and walk through the door. no wonder the store looks empty.

Was talked into buying the care package for potential damages to our table when we purchased it. Now we have had the table for a year and there are these bubbles that popped up and led to cracking in the table. Called and called to try to get it fixed since it is covered under the warranty and they are refusing to fix it saying "it is not covered" spent over an hour trying to contact the right person and still nothing . They just say "it's not covered" but won't explain why it's not covered when it literally says it is covered on the plan. This is ridiculous. Will not be shopping at any living spaces ever again

This store took a fraudulent check from my bank account. I reported it to my bank and to them. Good luck with living spaces since this HUGE furniture company doesn't allow you to call the store directly and you can't get a phone number. Their 1800 line actually had the audacity to tell me to go into the store. They offered to put a "call Ticket" in to have somebody from the store contact me. I've done all that and now a week later living spaces has put the same fraudulent check through again. My bank is stopping it, but I'm beyond frustrated. Don't do business with them. They clearly aren't a reputable company. They don't even have a check to show me because they allowed somebody to purchase in their store by just inputing the account and routing number and not actually having a check. It's the shadiest, insider job I've ever heard of. Who would want to do business with a company that you can't even directly contact. $3500 and I can't speak to somebody and get a direct line or actually get them to follow through on handling the fraud done at the Huntington Beach store. Unbelievable. I wouldn't ever shop there again and if you absolutely have to- don't write a check. I wouldn't ever give this store access to my checking account info. Clearly they have some suspect employees.

Spacing is amazing to walk around. All the staff are friendly and treats me plus my family well. Place is all clean like new. Totally would come here if around the beach area.

I purchased a sectional couch less than an year ago and it already has frame issues. Living spaces offers a 3-year warranty for the frame, but will only replace the broken piece. This means that once replaced, it will not match the color to the rest of the sectional. Also, don't bother purchasing their extended warranty, it's worthless. Mind you I paid over $3500 for this sectional. Poor quality for the money. Don't buy from them if you want quality furniture or good service.

My husband and I are purchasing our first couch together. Our condo has odd dimensions so it has been a struggle to find a couch that fits. We spent 1.5 hours with Janet looking at different couches and arrangements. Janet went above and beyond to ensure we were equipped to make the best decision. She was patient, kind, and trustworthy. She didn't pressure us to buy something, but rather encouraged us to only buy something that we love. We ended up not buying something that evening but we went home and worked through the different options at our condo to make the best decision. We could have purchased the couch online but I value Janet's input and want to make sure she is recognized for her time and effort so I will be driving back to Living Spaces to place the order in person. Coming from someone who does 99% of my shopping online, Janet has reminded me the value of in person shopping. Her support and expertise truly made for the best experience.

The service from this outfit is horrible!! I paid for assembly of dinning room set and they just dropped it off in boxes on my front porch! They call this white glove service..... what a scam!!! I tried calling them to issue credit and they refused. I will never shop here again!!!!

** note- every positive review on here is while in store. Once you pay... good luck If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the WORST customer service experience at this store. Before purchase, I specifically asked about the return policy because I was waiting for my coffee table and chairs to arrive to see how the sectional I bought from Living Spaces all fit together in my living room. I simply want to return only the ottoman ( which was a mere $400 out of the $3.3k I spent) I was told they'd match Ashley Furniture's promise of 30 days from delivery return policy prior to them running my credit card. They LIED. It's now just 3 weeks later and I called and even went in person to the store and was denied return, exchange and/or store credit. GO TO ASHLEYS OR BOBS! They're right down the street, have the same inventory and much better customer service.

I am outraged! I purchased a couch for $3300 and in good faith was advised to add the warranty. Upon delivery the couch was fine and within 14 days, i noticed a tear on the inside of the seam which appears to be a manufacture defect and I submitted a claim. Warranty Service has denied the claim and without inspection determined this was caused during delivery. There is no way to determine that and this was not due to neglect or misuse. Now I have a chaise lounge that is torn at the seam that is part of a couch less than 14 days in my house and they will not replace it. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE OR SHOP AT LIVING SPACES AGAIN OR USE THE ADDED WARRANTY SERVICE THE FLOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES encourage you to add on. I am highly disappointed in the company as a whole and the service they have provided.
