Had to replace a zipper slider on a coin purse. He quoted me for 25, what a rip off, not to mention how ugly the replacement slider was. I instead ordered some YKK Excella parts (made in Japan) for $4-ish with free shipping; replaced the thing myself within 10min (and it was my first time ever doing this). What a joke.

I came in for a leather belt repair and the gentleman was able to fix and make it look like new in less than an hour.Great service!

I will give it one star because there is nothing lower, my husband brought him 2 pairs of shoes and a boot, to begin with the price is somewhat excessive, and not to mention the work, the man who did the work left everything smeared with glue because of the sole and the skin, to my shoes, I think that to call themselves professionals and have a business of that type, they did not do it well at all, my shoes were as if we had glued them to the poorly done thing, we will not return to the place, we are quite left disappointed with the service.

Wonderful repair job on my leather/canvas purse strap. He replaced the hardware and it matches the existing metals really well. It's also sturdy and I ha ent had a single issue since he did his thing.
