No help whatsoever and acted like it was an imposition for us to enter the store. When we did enter the store it smelled like somebody had been eating fish.

What a find!! Wonderful selection of quality!!!! The process of remodeling is time consuming and energy depleting, however, this place is a one shop stop. We purchased all of our kitchen and bathroom accessories here.Five stars awarded to Thomas, the owner, and Bruce, his side kick for “Best Customer Service” they have been absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable, patient, and overall fun to work with!

Thomas, the owner, is the greatest. The prices are so competitive yet the service top notch. I was able to purchase special order plumbing parts for remodeled shower, and Thomas guided me to purchase exactly what we needed. Then I bought special Kohler sink models that are not able to be purchased at the box stores, and they are beautiful. Convenient location right off 405 at Goldenwest, and easy freeway return. Take the time to go and take a look and feel free to ask questions..... Thomas is so knowledgeable.

We came here because of yelp but I was disappointed with their customer service. When I asked about specific bathroom hardware, the lady that was helping us would just say no, "we don't carry that", she never asked to help us look for something else nor did she say, can I help you with anything else. We left there and headed to Pacific Sales, where we received the type of service that we were hoping to get at our Lifestyle. They went out of their way to help us find whatever we needed.

I am a Realtor and often help my clients remodel. I just discovered Lifestyle Fixtures. . Thomas, the owner is amazing! He knows his stock so well. I selected,ordered and paid for all the textures and cabinetry for my bathroom in less than an hour thanks to his masterful guidance. He didn't try to up-sell or guide me in anyway but asked questions about what I was looking for and then was able to tell me which tub , cabinet, shower hardware would meet my criteria. I went back and tried to look up the same things online. And found the price difference so small that going through him to order all from one place was really worthwhile. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful...totally worth making the trip! I highly recommend him!

Sept.15 (Wed) around 2pm, went around the shop and talked to an older woman about shower fixture, she asked how much is our price range, so this is our first time looking at shower fixture, we said maybe around $1000?! She said, "No, we don't have anything for you. Go to Home Depot!" Wow, such arrogance and condescension!!! I have a whole shopping list, but with her attitude, I will go else where!!!

Please update your opening hours on your website!! I drove all the way there after work, in rush hour, just so I could get there by 5:30pm, 30 before the store is supposed to close (6pm per the website and per Google), only to find a closed store! :( It’s actually open from 10am to 5pm.

We found Lifestyle and Fixtures on Yelp and we are so happy we did! We needed pulls, towel holders, and other items for our bathroom. Bruce and the staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We received updated throughout about our shipments. I will 100% come back for our future remodels because they are terrific. I really felt a great family vibe with the staff Highly recommend

Our kitchen faucet started leaking. Came here to replace the kitchen faucet and upgrade to a new TOTO toilet. Customer service was outstanding. They took the time to answer all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the products.
