I have been going to Magda for many years, almost 5 years in a row, and her fees seemed to rise every year. She’s always had bad communication, leaving voicemails in Spanish when no one spoke Spanish in my household. Her last argument was about the emails I sent of my w2s via email were clear on the computer, but not when she printed them. This year she refuses to tell me her fees and claimed I wanted to add dependent when I clearly asked to file single. Won’t be working with her this year.... do not recommend.

I made a noon appointment and confirmed it that morning. At 12:15pm, the tax preparer still hadn't arrived. I left and cancelled my boyfriend's 4pm appointment.
