The person working in the shop was not knowledgeable at all. He just wanted to sell me a starter set because he wasn’t aware of what individual chemicals actually are needed and doing. He explained the function of some of the chemicals completely wrong to me. Furthermore, I was the only customer in the store and yet at checkout he thought it was more important to count all the cash in the register rather than actually scanning my items and completing the transaction with me. Not impressed at all. That’s the reason why people start buying online

It would have been more efficient if they just posted a sign that says, "We don't want your business." I bought a pool skimmer net less than three months ago that has become shredded. Since my prior net lasted over five years, I figure this one was just a lemon and that they would replace it free of charge. When I went to the store, the guy was locking up at 11:00 a.m. and said, "I'll be back." Red flag number one. I returned half hour later and alas! He was there. When I showed him my shredded net, he said, "It must be the way you are using it." I said that I used it the same way I had used my prior net which lasted five years, to which he responded "there's nothing I can do." I asked, "can you at least give me a credit on a replacement?" "Why don't you come back on Wednesday?" he replied. "My manager may be able to help you. I can't." I'm not planning on "coming back on Wednesday."

Came here to buy chlorine tabs and maybe a sweeper. The nice sales associate Andrew was very pleasant even though he appeared to be super busy and was apparently working the whole store by himself on a busy weekend day.

We've been here before. Leslie's for chemicals to keep the spa in good clean waters. We needed to resupply, and we were in the area. A quick list for the " Fresh and Clear" as well as the "Chlor Brite" was what we needed. Yup found it in the back as Robert, the attendant, pointed to the back of the store. The items cost a bunch, but Leslie's will take a CC. We were in and out of Leslie's store within a couple of minutes.

Uneducated employee. Doesn't know how to test salt cell. Go to another store and don't waste your time here.

Great place with very knowledgeable staff. If you bring them a sample of your pool water, they will give you a full analysis of all the chemicals you will need to maintain your pool. Since I am somewhat handy and in good shape I decided to cancel my pool service and maintain my own pool.

What a shame. The person who asked me if I wanted help with purchasing swim goggles immediately started talking over me as soon as I asked a question. "No, I can't help you, no I don't know anything." Then why did you ask? He was so dismissive and rude I decided to buy them somewhere else. Alejandro was the technician sent to install our new equipment and he was very thorough and informative. He was very competent when training another tech as well as teaching me how to care for my new equipment.

I frequent this store for water tests and pool supplies. The staff is friendly and professional and the store is always clean and stocked. They have really helped me learn the finer details of pool maintenance. Shoutout to Bob and Brandon! Thank you!

I bought a jacuzzi filter about 4 months ago on line at the store 2 weeks later I got the wrong filter and I also bought a jacuzzi cover I give the description of what I need it to the sales person at the store 2 months later I got my jacuzzi cover and it was all wrong ones again it's been almost 5 months still haven't received my 510 dollars refund because they don't give money back at the store when it is a special order they toll me to call corporate I call them many times and our chat on line always get cut off when they put me on hold I sure have listen to my friends when he told me not to do any business with Leslie's pool supplies sucks 5 months no money or product back.
