Thank you so much to Brittany. I had a problem with my glasses from another Lenscrafters and she made it clear she wanted to help me and make sure I could see. I picked up my new pair and it was quicker than I thought! Now I can see just fine. Thank you so much for taking the time and being so nice to work with! I will come here from now on!

Super service. Brittany was very patient with my 95 year old mother who needed new glasses. She explained my mom's insurance benefits, helped her select several frames to try on, and patiently answered questions. After the purchase was made, Brittany cleaned and had new pads put on my mom's old glasses so that she'd have a back-up pair. I would recommend this store for super customer service!

Mark was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He genuinely cares about his customers! My husband and I will continue to give LensCrafters our business. Mark took the time to help us pick out our glasses, and adjusted my new glasses so that I was able to adjust better to my new prescription. His level of customer service is BEYOND wonderful, and we appreciate his service and friendliness! Thank you, Mark!

I always stop in here when I'm in need of an adjustment of my frames. Each time, I am helped quickly & efficiently.
Today, I was helped as soon as I walked in the door! Left with more knowledge as well of how to better care for my frames.

Brittany was absolutely amazing and hands-on with her assistance and customer service! Truly attention to detail and made sure that the customer felt comfortable and cared for. She explained about the differences and provided various different suggestions on things to assist with picking out frames that were suitable! Definitely a must to see Brittany for the best experience!

I was in the store on Sunday June 9th when I had the Privilege of being waited on by Esther Pham ( who is Wonderful at her job) she was patient Kind and most of all completely Honest in helping me to find a frame that suits my face)
She had an appointment to attend to so Brittany Garcia Jumped right in, and ALSO was Wonderful kind and very Knowledgeable. Both these girls are an Asset to Lens Crafters. Thank U Both !

Came in for an adjustment for my sunglasses and Athena adjusted them and even replaced my nose pads thanks again!
