If you have tiny veins that other doctors find impossible to find, come here. In the past, I always got poked and prodded with multiple nurses in the room trying in vain to get a needle in my arm. Not this time. I came in for my appointment and luckily met with Sheila. I was out in 10 minutes! She's so kind, gracious, and most importantly, experienced. I usually hate needles but she made the process painless. I got my blood drawn in seconds. I'm grateful I found an incredible phlebotomist and I have a reliable place to go whenever I need labwork. I'll be back!

Do not come here for your blood work. I had a very traumatic experience taking my child here and then receiving results that showed my child had extremely low platelete, severely anemic and extremely low white blood cell count. My husband and I spent an entire day thinking our child was dying of cancer thanks to Labcorp.First, the staff is not experienced with young children. After almost 2 hours and three different needles, the staff only got half a vial of blood. They still sent in what they had and their methodology for testing was so poor that the results made it look like my child was severely Ill. This is incredibly unethical, unprofessional, and Labcorp needs to be held accountable.

I have a quick question. "Sign in". It's just about if I.. "Sign in".I sign in and wait 25 minutes because she refuses to answer a simple question."I wanted to check if the Dr submitted the form"It takes her a few seconds to check."No form. I cant do anything for you.." and she gets angry (I have no idea why). What a horrible experience and for no reason. There were 3 people at the front and 2 were just sitting around.

I had an appointment, got there a few minutes early, checked in. They called my name about two minutes after check in and took the blood and I was out of there in ten minutes. Painless, no bruising. Nice people working there make you feel welcome and important to them. I'll be back.

I made a same-day appointment online and checked in to a professional setting with relative ease at the monitor on the right when I entered. The process of making an appointment, checking in and interfacing with the front desk was all great. The reason for my 3-star review is a phlebotomist who gave me the most painful blood draw I have had. Tourniquet way too tight, needle painfully inserted and kept there for multiple vials. She was kind and apologetic but it hurt badly. Another phlebotomist came in for the last vial taken from opposite arm and it was completely painless as usual. Advice to company: you've got everything right, please train your staff better.

Great people and service! Street parking is sometimes open. Or park across street.

Could be much cleaner. Two large reddish stains on walls, appeared to have experienced an attempt at cleaning. Not a long wait, 10 mins.Very grouchy lab tech. All in all, no better no worse than others labs

This is how labs should be ran. I almost want to gatekeep this one, but I remember being on the verge of tears and boiling with frustration during previous visits to the other lab chain, Quest.I've been going to some Quest labs that were closer to me, thinking it would be more convenient and save some time. My Quest visits seemed more of what I imagine prison visits to be -- cold, needing to yell back to ask a question or request to use the restroom during the long wait, herded through like cattle. Each visit, I thought, "there has to be a more pleasant and more efficient lab experience", and I found that there is!I was dreading another lab visit because of my lab experience and thought I'd give Labcorps a shot, and they did not disappoint -- easy check-in, timely, efficient, professional, and friendly. Once I parked, I used the mobile check-in and they texted me when they were ready for me (which was pretty much right away). There was also a check-in kiosk and even a friendly staff member at the front desk to answer questions and review lab paperwork.Yes, there is a charge for parking in the structure after 30 minutes, but they did let me know. In most cases, you'll be in and out in less than 30 minutes.I had to do multiple draws at 1-hour intervals, but I could've left and come back. Since the waiting room was so mellow, they have wifi available to guests, and easily accessible restrooms, I opted to stay and just pay for parking. I was there for a little under 3.5 hours, the length of my test, and paid $10. (Compare this to my recent 5-hr wait for a 1-hr test.)It's easy to tell that Labcorps invests in their lab, technology, and patients and does their best to optimize the patient experience. Also, it seems like you're more likely to be able to walk-in here than at Quest. The Labcorps team seemed to know that I needed my blood drawn at certain times and they worked together to make that happen.I found my new lab.

I was there for a blood draw . If you had an appt. You will not be waiting too long otherwise you will be waiting for a long time. The doctor was gentle and the receptionist was very helpful.

This is a MULTI BILLION dollar company and they don't validate parking.Really friendly and helpful staff, the only thing I'd say is to try to be a little more careful please. Vanessa was my phlebotomist and I believe she accidently pushed the needle OUT of my vein after the initial insertion. 2 bruises for one blood draw?Otherwise everyone here is great.

LabCorp, Get rid of your manager at this location UNPROFESSIONAL !!! DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION!!@MAKE MY APPOINTMENT 1.3 WEEK IN ADVANCE. They seat me in a room. Then Maria comes in to say that they don't take my insurance after I take my urine in the bathroom. I show her the approval letter then Maria say she called her boss Joyce to check. I waited more in a cold room. Then she came back to say her boss says they don't take my insurance, weird. I always goes to Labcorp with my insurance. I asked her when did they not take my insurance. Maria says 11/01/23. WTF!. I called my insurance they say yes LabCorp is Still covered. Then she says her boss Joyce says I can go to Quest!! Sending me to their competitors lol. 2 stupid unprofessional ladies! They say i can do my blood test with cash!!! What?? I called my insurance they verified that it was covered. Maria goes back to her boss again & they says they don't take my insurance. I left & went to LabCorp at 18800 FV hospital. NO PROBLEM. IN AND OUT IN 30 MINUTES. I told them what Maria & her boss Joyce say they don't take my insurance. They say. Yes they do. I was fasting since 4pm since yesterday. Checked in at 10:15am and their stupidity & unprofessional behavior, I waited untilv11:31am for nothing!! Parking costed me $8 & much stress DON'T COME HERE

Extremely impersonal.Don't validate parking even though they keep you waiting forever, even with an appointment. Automated check-in process is slow and cumbersome. Will never go back.

Labcorp is really stepping up their game! I've been using Labcorp for years, and they are clearly focused on improving their quality of care. I had some complaints in the past, and they were quickly addressed. I recently went in for some lab work, and the staff was just exceptional in their caring, helpfulness, and promptness. I was in and out of there in less than 30 min. Jeannah at the front desk and very kind and helpful. She was way patient with me as I struggled to get my lab orders electronically. I appreciated her patience. It was a great experience overall. Great job Labcorp!

Nice people but only parking available to patients is a parking structure that is free for the first 30 minutes, shouldn't be a big deal for someone with an appointment except the check-in process is slow even with an appointment, moblie check-in is meaningless. I got to my car at minute 28 only because I didn't protest the unconscionably high estimate of financial responsibility. Also, if you're an immunocompromised patient, not all employees wear masks.
