Employee Alieh was very professional and knowledgeable and deserved 10 stars! She made check-out such a pleasure and worked patiently to make certain everyone knew of the 40% discount for card holders and that each person's credits were applied. I had a birthday-month credit which I was able to apply. I heartily recommend Alieh for a pay raise! :)

Kohls on Adams in Huntington Beach is wonderful...helpful employees, store in order...only BIG problem is they need more cashiers. Checkout takes too long. There were 12 people waiting in line with only two cashiers... at this location it is commonplace...never fails to amaze me.

I had such a great experience with Anaisei at Sephora! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and helped me find the perfect moisturizer for my skin type. She was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I will definitely be coming back to see Anaise for all my beauty needs! :)

My Wife and I love shopping at KOHLS. They have completely redone the interior and it looks great, but the staff inside were very courteous and helpful. Cudos to Sharon our Cashier who was a delight to deal with!

Its Kohls what can you say about a department store that is across the street from Target? The best thing going for Kohls is the Amazon return location which is clutch for me!

I really like the merchandise choices at Kohls. The are a nice mid-level for pricing and quality. Also, the comfort of buying online and being able to pick up or return directly at the store combines the best of both shopping styles, In person and internet selections.
What I do not like is that the stores now have very few employees available for direct help in the store. I shopped for shoes, and it was hard work finding my size, style and putting everything back neatly where they sort-of came from. There was NO one there to assist. The shelves were disorganized. ... Miss the face to face customer service.
