Where do I begin! Sam is the most honest and ethical mechanic I have EVER come across. My son was a college student in California while I was living in Arizona and this man and his shop took care of my son and his car when it broke down on him in the most wonderful way. He was so kind and understanding and beyond reasonable with his pricing. It is hard to find an honest mechanic who is so fair in his pricing let alone someone as kind and caring as Sam. It is extremely rare in this field of work and he exceeds anything I have ever experienced. He is moral and caring and an extraordinary person for the way he runs his business. If you are looking for a repair shop THIS IS THE PLACE. Thank you Sam for all that you did for my son, the ethical way you run your business, and all that you are as a person. I would recommend this shop one thousand times over.

I have a long mechanical background and used to do alot of my own work on my cars. Since I'm getting older I decided to stop so I'm very picky about who works on my vehicles. Sam was very honest and knowledgeable. The pricing was good and work was done quickly.

Jim's Auto is hands down the best car repair shop in Orange County. Sam (who runs the garage) is beyond great. You won't meet a more honest, fair and friendly mechanic. When I first moved out here it was a big concern finding a trustworthy mechanic - especially since I have two older cars - and I'm so lucky to have found Sam. It's rare to feel like you can 100% trust an auto shop and feel like you're getting the best deal possible, but that's always the case here. Do you and your car a favor. Take your car to Sam!

Sam is far and away the most honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy technician out there. He does fantastic work and he's very efficient. You will never have to worry about him taking advantage of you, he truly is a FIVE STAR mechanic. Been coming here for years now off a recommendation and I would never go anywhere else.
