“GET YOUR RING HERE!!! The craftsmanship and customer service here is top notch. They resized my ring at no cost even though it was my fault for telling my man the wrong size haha.
They clean it whenever I bring it by for free. It always looks brand new after a cleaning. They even cleaned my wedding band for free even though it’s not one of their rings.

I took my wedding rings there to have them resized but was told some of the prongs were bent and the center diamond could have fallen out. I decided to upgrade to a much bigger stone. “I just finished working with PBD and I absolutely love them. They are a family business and you can tell, I felt very care for. I worked with Nikki through the text feature found on the site, and she was quick to respond, educative, and honest during the whole process. She helped me recreate a sold out setting that I wanted badly for my fiancé and she went above and beyond to get me what I needed when I needed it, and she never pushed l me to spend more.
• They have a free sizing if you get the stock size so you can resize after proposal and get your perfect size
• If you lose a side stone, they will replace it within the first year.
• I can’t recommend the text feature enough, it was incredibly convenient and helpful especially for someone as clueless as me.

“This place is great. Caro, is very understanding, honest and upfront with his opinions/thoughts, better real than fake. He was able to set a diamond in a setting, that I both purchased elsewhere. He took care of it in a timely fashion and quality of it came out amazing. He polished the unfinished setting and it came out showroom fresh. Please support his business and not mainstream retail stores who do not care about your needs b/c they just want to sell you something to make their commission. “I sold a diamond through these guys, and I was happy with the experience.It's a quirky shop of duck-print wallpaper and 1980s carpet in a strip shopping center, but with a friendly, if unhurried, owner. You have to call ahead and make an appointment (and prepare to wait for other people ahead of you once you arrive anyway).I stopped in and didn't expect much. But the owner mentioned he has relationships with local jewelers and other diamond buyers. He took a quick look at my diamond ring and told me he'd let me know if he found anyone interested.Sure enough, several days later he called me, accurately "guessed" the [low end of the] range I was being offered from other reputable places, and mentioned he thought he could beat it.A few days after that, he had found a potential buyer. He arranged for the buyer and me to both come in an hour later, and asked me to bring in the diamond's certificate and the independent insurance appraisal doc I had from years before.I dropped off the ring and left for a bit while he negotiated with the buyer (a "friend" of few words who came with a loupe and jeweler tools). When I returned, the owner offered me a price that was a bit higher than the highest I'd received at various diamond exchange/buyer storefronts, and we did the transaction in cash. I don't know what kind of commission/fee/upcharge he took from the buyer (the owner wouldn't tell me when I asked), but given my other offers, I was content with it and accepted the offer without negotiating (I'm not sure what would've happened if I did, but I didn't have much leverage to push for more).Recommendation: always get multiple offers from traditional places, but put Jon from ACE on the list to see if he can do better with a third party.”

He talked me through the process and was happy to answer all of my questions.
