“Bottom Line: Customer Service and efficiency that you would expect from a AAA office I have come to love our local AAA office in Santa Barbara but we were down in Orange County taking care of some family business that required us to visit for some DMV paperwork. We rolled in with no appointment and were greeted by a friendly and professional face that had our paperwork sorted in about 15-20 minutes. I think we were walking out in less than 30 minutes. The staff were professional and quick - exactly what you hope to find here! The building is confusing in a funny way. It's definitely a 1970's office building that's been modernized so it's new but it absolutely carries that Brady Bunch vibe and wait... no fishing....? There's a lake?! Very confusing. But the office is great - fishing aside.”
