Anne Greatbatch was wonderful. We had a unique situation this year and I was almost positive that I would owe some money but Anne was very knowledgeable and helped get me a return. She was also so friendly/approachable. Definitely made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Also took just about as much time as I would have taken doing things myself! Was in and out within 30-40 minutes.

This is my favorite location to file my taxes. Anne is by far my favorite. She’s very sweet, friendly and over all great customer service. She makes sure you don’t leave with any questions.

I should have known why this place was empty when I came in. The ONLY reason why I came here was because my workplace offered to pay to get my taxes done. "Anne GreatBatch" started putting me down for no particular reason. As we sat down, I tried to lighten up the mood and she continued to be rude. I guess her manager noticed and came over and gave me better service, which is the only reason why I stayed. Well, Anne told me to leave my taxes and she would deal with it. I get a call later, and some person is asking me for my career without explaining who they are. It's HR Block. I was told to come in, but I still had some errands to do for the day. So, I come in the next day. My taxes are not even done yet. Looks like the manager has to tell her to be nice and she keeps muttering to herself while explaining what she did on my taxes. I should have just walked out of there without paying anything or having my taxes done by them, but I was stupid and thought I had to pay since they already provided the service. The manager notices a scowl on my face and tells me to "just let my company pay for it." The manager tells me she'll send me my fees and receipt to my email. Afterwards, as I leave, she says "Thank you, don't come back ever" and to "pay for your own taxes." Well, I call corporate the first time and was told my email had never been taken down and to wait 3-5 business days for a call-back with a claim number. No call back. Call back again, given another claim number. You see where I'm going, rinse and repeat. Made a final call today, and they blatantly lied about me receiving emails and 2 phone calls and that they had closed the case. It's very easy to check phone call logs today. The whole process, people try to gaslight you. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR TAXES. THEY ARE BASICALLY THE BALLY'S OF THE TAX WORLD. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
