I walked in to do some last minute shopping for items I had forgotten to bring on my trip.
Instead of being greeted and/or offered assistance I was followed around to each rack as I browsed for dress shirts. As if I’m shoplifting not shopping… poor customer service.

How is it possible that a store closes at 7:00 pm on December 21???

3 days before Christmas and it closes at 7pm. Google maps says it is open until 9pm.

Rude staff. Came in 6 minutes before close, with my daughter to grab something, knew exactly what I needed. Doors were open and the guy screamed at me that they were closed? Lock your doors then? Weird.

SERVICE is AWFUL and he staff is RUDE!!!!!! They talk about customers super loud when your shopping ( they have made fun of guests while they were shopping ) , they talk about personal work problems out loud , & will continue a conversation instead of paying attention to guests . If the person working doesn't like you or annoyed when your purchasing something they will lie and say the validation scanner isn't working. Get better employees!!!!!!

Came in to validate parking. Told them I was working at Paseo Hotel as a vendor for an event and I had to park here. The staff or manager told me I need to purchase an item downstairs for validation. Never have I ever been told I need that for any place. I happily went to another place and they validated with NO problem. Now I see why they have bad reviews.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE HERE. These people were no help at all. Another yelp review mentioned that if you're not a blonde white woman the staff will disregard you and I agree. As a matter of fact is was two white women who stole from me at this location. I left my bag unattended and when I returned to retrieve it, it was no where to be found. When I asked the manager if they had seen the bag they said no. Then I approached a suspicious looking pair of women who suddenly had two brandy Melville bags. I asked to see if one of the bags was mine and they reluctantly gave it back. Speechless and appalled I stormed out with my bag. When I checked my bag I was missing a blouse. I went back to the H& M and the women were still there, I asked if I could check their bags for my blouse and feigning innocence, they pulled out my blouse from their bag. Throughout this whole process the management was no help and said there was nothing they could do to help me!

H&M is always a great place to shop at , the only downside is the customer service that is being provided. I visited this store on March 6 2023 at around 11 a.m and there were two young ladies working there . I did not receive a warm welcome from niether of them . They were both very unpleasant and gave me an attitude when I asked for help . They also gave each other a look and rolled there eyes which they thought i did not see . I felt very uncomfortable. Luckily the cashier whose name was either Emily or Evelyn or something similar was very nice and attentive . I believe she did the afternoon shift that day .
